My work life started working on Air Traffic Control Systems.
I love my coffee. I am a keen advocate of process improvements and

How do I quantify my “motivation” skill?

Ultimately, motivation relates to happiness, success and winning.

Reading between the lines?
When I see motivation in a job description then I jump to the conclusions:
Agile is being forced on a team used to working in a certain way
Old timers just don’t want to get it Frustration Not everybody sees the benefits The new terminology is alien speak

Gauge the motivation levels
Motivation levels will fluctuate The stand up is a great time to gauge the levels Stay positive Resist the urge to do everything yourself. Encourage and smile

Store Artifacts on a wiki
Artifacts generated during retrospectives, sprint planning and show and tells should be stored on a wiki for easy access at the time of the meeting and not one week later! Think: immediate upload/update.
