Shots of the boxing match seen in black and white. Cross-Cutting is applied in time with the soundtrack. The audience will see a few second of the fight then the screen will fade to black, this will continue until a large punch is throne restoring colour to the scene. The cross-cutting is edited to the sound of a heartbeat, Synchronous sound is matched with the actions on screen. The audience are then submerged into an interview with Andre the boxing gym owner. He talks about how he got into the sport of boxing and how it led him into coaching. Ambient and Diegetic is included in this shot. Cinematic shots of the gym are shown on screen with the interview still continuing. A number of high angle shots are shown alongside master shots of the boxers. Nondiegetic sound through the use of a sound track can be herd. Archive footage is shown of boxers both training and fighting. Andre continues to talk about the mental state a fighter should be in before and after a fight. He goes over various training methods that can help with each individual fighter.
