    Technical Matters

    Commissaire points

The Chief Commissaire has requested the following:

Any Junior riders will have gears checked before and after the event.

Riders are reminded that the course is on a dual carriageway so care and attention at all times, especially if cars have to stop for service.

Note 1. Start location can be tricky to find sign on signage will be used within a one mile radius of start location.

This will allow people using a GPS navigation tool to get to within the signage range.

    2. For riders own safety it is strongly suggested that rear lights be used in the event that the visibility is poor.

    3. We are using the GSK social club again this year and we would like to keep using it for future events. As such can I ask that all competitors and spectators treat the facility with respect and use the waste disposal that will be provided on the day.

Refreshments There will be a selection of sandwiches and cakes as well as cold and hot drinks available during the event. All food is provided free but a donation is welcome.

Cafe2u will also be available to provide fresh coffee during this event.

GSK take safety very seriously due to the nature of their business. Although the riders will be situated outside the gates, I must advise that you stick closely to the safety guidelines and walkways which can be found in and around the car park.

Security at the gates will be keeping a close eye on riders so please respect your surroundings and do not litter.

    Thanks

Pleas pay careful attention to route map to ensure that you do not venture off course.
