I N G R E D I E N T S :

25ml Aperol

15ml Arbikie Haar vodka

50ml pineapple juice

25ml passion fruit puree

15ml passion fruit syrup

15ml lime juice

M E T H O D :

Add all ingredients into a Boston cocktail shaker tin. Add cubed ice and shake well until the Boston tin

feels ice cold. Pour the liquid into a copper tin filled with

crushed ice and stir well. To finish this flavourful

cocktail, garnish with a sprig of mint, 1/3 passion fruit, and a slice of pineapple.
