What is being demonstrated?

(DPU) based on Sckipio’s G.fast solution.

Why is this interesting?

• G.fast is a new generation ITU-T approved access

technology that has generated enormous interest

to Telcos world-wide.

The SDN/OpenFlow Application

• DPU runs OpenFlow agent v1.3.2.

• SDN Controller implemented using RYU SDN Framework

• Sets up “FlowEntries” in DPU using OpenFlow PDUs

• Maps specific VLAN-tagged traffic between Network and User sides of the DPU.

• Controls data flow across DPU switch
