Say• Vocational Education to be concentrated more.• Graduates with academic smarts seem to be too
arrogant to be taught at work place.• Most graduates just hold a degree a does not know best
practices for workplace.• Learning should be a process of discovery beyond
studying to pass exams.• Being a Mechanical engineer I do not have the proper
knowledge of working in an IT Firm. • Real life skills to be taught.

• The stakeholder is hardworking, punctual, good in academics and is getting ready to start work. He lacks real time working knowledge of IT Industry.
• The stakeholder believes that education system needs to be improved and should foster innovation and creativity.
