Firm and does not know what to expect there.

Say• Vocational Education to be concentrated more.• Graduates with academic smarts seem to be too

arrogant to be taught at work place.• Most graduates just hold a degree a does not know best

practices for workplace.• Learning should be a process of discovery beyond

studying to pass exams.• Being a Mechanical engineer I do not have the proper

knowledge of working in an IT Firm. • Real life skills to be taught.

Do

• Better Behavior to colleagues.• Life skills training to be provided at school

level.• Problems in the SAY section can be solved by

making changes to the educational system.

Think

• Will I be able to sustain in the organization.• I should have undergone proper training before

taking up the job.• Previous Academic work has not given me the

proper training in this particular field.• Project based learning should be implemented in

schools so as to bring in creativity.• Fear of failure.• Stressed not knowing what to do on the job.

Feel

• Highly competitive• Knows Theoretically, but not experientially. • Need to acquire more workplace preparatory

skills.• Nervousness in preparing for the workforce.• Building good rapport with colleagues.• Should have emotional and cultural

intelligence at the workplace.

Problem statement and Insight

• The stakeholder is hardworking, punctual, good in academics and is getting ready to start work. He lacks real time working knowledge of IT Industry.

• The stakeholder believes that education system needs to be improved and should foster innovation and creativity.
