Say• Vocational Education to be concentrated more.• Graduates with academic smarts seem to be too

arrogant to be taught at work place.• Most graduates just hold a degree a does not know best

practices for workplace.• Learning should be a process of discovery beyond

studying to pass exams.• Being a Mechanical engineer I do not have the proper

knowledge of working in an IT Firm. • Real life skills to be taught.

level.• Problems in the SAY section can be solved by

making changes to the educational system.

proper training in this particular field.• Project based learning should be implemented in

• The stakeholder is hardworking, punctual, good in academics and is getting ready to start work. He lacks real time working knowledge of IT Industry.

• The stakeholder believes that education system needs to be improved and should foster innovation and creativity.
