Battle Questions

• Students will answer questions about books from their whole grade level book list.

• The answer to each question is always the Title of the book and the Author’s name.

• Example: In which book does a boy ride a pterodactyl? Answer: Dinosaur before dawn by Mary Pope Osborn (they won’t always be that easy).

What to do?

• Start Reading the Battle books. You may read the books yourself, with someone else, listen to the books, have someone read to you, or all four.

You can write questions from the books if you’d like to. Then you can challenge your friends! Example- Question: In which book does a boy ride on a pterodactyl? Answer: Dinosaurs Before Dark by Mary Pope Osborne You may want to make it harder than that.

You’re trying to become an ‘expert’ on 4-5 books. You don’t have to read all 10 or 20, but if you choose to you will get your picture up on the “Battle Hall of Fame” board in the library.
