Set up is in progress now. A costume parade and contest will take place and students can play for a chance at a grand prize. In order for this evening to be its best and since it is a free event, we do ask school families to help by making donations. All families are asked to send in: a bag of wrapped candy, a pack of bottled sodas, and either a cake or cupcakes. Some games require adult supervision/help. A sign up sheet is at the front office if you are able to volunteer. To help raise funds for their class trip in the spring, the 8 th grade will be selling hot dogs, chips, and drinks at FFFF. LifeTouch School Pictures School pictures are coming up in a couple weeks on November 5 th . These are taken in the Winter Official Uniform. Order forms for individual, class, and school pictures were sent home at conferences.

Fall Family Fun Fest

One of our most anticipated events of the year is this Friday, October 25th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. This is an evening of fun where students and their friends can come in costume to participate in different games and activities. the Red Ribbon Week campaign for drug prevention.

A red flyer went home last week with information.

Daily activities can also be found on the website.

All Saints Day Parade

At 8:00 Mass on November 1

st, we will be honoring

the feast of All Saints with a saint parade. Students are

invited to come to school dressed as a saint. These can

be very simple items worn over their uniform or items

carried that represent a saint they have chosen. Please

reach out if you have any questions.

This fall we will once again be gathering supplies to fill Boxes of Joy. This Friday we are asking students to bring in something from the following list: lotions, soaps (no liquids), deodorant, washcloths, toothbrushes, school supplies, small toys

Winter Uniform Begins November 1st

red polos are not worn with winter uniform

boys and girls should be wearing white oxford button downs (8th grade blue)

undershirts should be plain white

boys and girls may wear navy pants (8th grade khaki)

1st-8th should wear a simple belt (brown, black or navy)with pants

navy sweaters with crest or red uniform sweatshirt are the only outwear in the classroom

girls may wear plaid jumper or skirt

1st -8th must wear brown, black, or navy dress shoes (PreK & 1 continue to wear white tennis shoes)

socks should be white or navy

girls may wear white or navy tights

Boys’ and girls’ basketball 3rd-8th grade tryouts will be October 28-30 from 4:00-5:00. This is more of an opportunity for students to see what playing is all about. All who want to participate will be able to. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Monfette. [email protected]
