Introduction

Obesity rates are currently very high , and even

more so in children, one of the main causes is poor diet

, since not all have good eating habits ; ultimately, the

power of the new generation is moving away from a

healthy and balanced diet and , moreover ,

opportunities for an active life are reduced.

It is important that children with adequate food ,

also complemented with an active lifestyle for its

perfect development .

Justification

This menu was performed in order to prevent

childhood obesity and promote a food culture in

children and parents . It is focused more than anything ,

to parents and school cooperatives that are responsible

for feeding infants .

It is based on the plate of good food , a food guide

is a graph where summary account and general criteria

that unify and give coherence to the Food Guidance,

directed to give people options practices with scientific

backing for the integration of a proper diet that can suit

your needs and possibilities.
