Strengths – What are our business’ strengths? In-house material and human resources

for our service. In- house consumers- students, teachers

and parents. Inclusion of student community to

encourage each other. Parent and teacher community

encouragement for ticketed shows. Expectations for higher percentage of

returns.

Weaknesses – What are our business’ weaknesses?

Low investment hence low pricing. Minimal profit margins.

Opportunities – What opportunities do we have for our business?

Low pricing of tickets, hence higher sales.

Scope for improvement in students’ talents as a platform is available to showcase the same.

Successful shows this year would encourage more number of shows next year.

Higher returns with expansion of ideas.

Threats – Do we face any threats to our business?

Possibility of not enough talent pool. Possibility of not enough ticket sales

since shows are by amateur students.

Section E: Operational Plan

6. These are the one-off tasks we will need to do to actually start up our business:

Make a survey of the existing talents in the school by speaking to students.

Short list the names and talents to suit the shows.

Segregate the talents into categories- music, dance, art, mimicry, acting and others.

Decide on the number of shows this year.

Decide on dates to hold the shows.

Brainstorm with the team on promotional ideas

Plan with the students about the agenda for each show.
