1.0 Call for Application:

2.0 Applications are invited from qualified Tanzanian for undergraduate, Masters and Doctorate, Scholarships tenable in Peoples Friendship University of Russia (PFUR) in Russian Federation for the year 2015/2016 2.0 Qualification: 2.1 Application for Undergraduate programme must:

Have completed and passed Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education; Candidates not exceed 25 years by September, 2015; Have obtained and passed not below “C” grade in the relevant subjects and No “F” in

any subject of Advanced Secondary education, Examination or Secondary Education Examination

Not be admitted in any Higher Learning Institution (Local Foreign); and Have a good Health.

2.2 Applicants for Masters Programme must:

Have undergraduate degree with GPA not less than 3.5; Not be older than 35 years of age by September, 2015; and Have a good Health.

2.3 Applicants for Doctorate Programme must:

Have a master’s degree with GPA not less than 3.5; Not be older than 40 years of age by September, 2015; and Have a good Health.

3.0 Financial Arrangements: Application for Loan: Need selected candidates must apply for loan from Higher Education Students Loan’s Board to cover air ticket, fees and maintenance costs. 4.0 Mode of Application:

All applications must attach certified photocopies of Academic Certificates, Transcripts and birth Certificate;

Applicants must indicate reliable contacts telephone number and E-mail.

5.0 Application and closing data: Application letter, together with certified copies of relevant Certified copies of relevant certificates and documents must reach the Embassy of the Russia Federation in Tanzania not more than 30th September, 2015 and copy to:- Permanent Secretary Ministry of education and Vocational Training P.
