$22,400 in scholarships to deserving Career and Technology Education students. Students who

Cosmetology Regional Competition was held February 22-23, in Waco, Texas. The winners were Hanna Roberts
and Taylor Rosenau in American Sprit; Diana Palma and Blanca Madrigal in Nail Care; Macken-
zie Flynt in Nail Art; Courtney Lasley in Esthetics; Hannah Langford in Best of Show Innovative;
Madison Bermundez in 3-D Acrylic Nail Art; and Natalia Mendez in Women’s Haircutting.
