Scholars House Overview
The Scholars House is the software designed to target schools to help them to manage the
Student taking admission and later to collect fee from them. It also create the Variable fee Heads
( The Fee Type that can be start – stop – resume by the student any time during the academic
session i.e. Transport fee, Mid-day meal charges etc.)
It automatic calculate fine of student if he submit the fee late to the given date. It also give
a facility to give discount to the particular student in his fee or in fine. Give you a facility to collect
fee from various mode i.e. in Cash, by Cheque, by Demand Draft etc.
The Software also generate all type of report of Students and their Fee collection time to
time.

What are the characteristics?
The Scholars House Software is Ultimate Software as a school management system, it has
following advantages –
1. In the software, Multiple account of users can be created to perform multiple action. And
Administrator can create multiple Users account, and Authorizer can authenticate Users to
perform desired action.
2. Different types of permission prevent unauthorized user to perform illegal action. There can be
many permission type and one can have single or multiple permissions if he will be assigned.
3. Can be operated on multi window at the same time, and give real time update to the all users.
4. User Friendly and Interactive interface to work on.
5. You may categorized students in 4 categories such as Regular, Yearly Paid, Not Attending student,
EWS(Economy weak student).
6. You may define your standard types, streams, standards, section according to your school standards.
7. You may also define various fee head groups, fee heads on the bases of New admission, Annually, monthly
and one time.
8. You may also define separate fee structures for new and post admission students.
9. You may also define check bounce rules, fine rule on specific heads and fine discount.
10. The system is able to take fee on the bases of predefined student wise structure or manually on account and
settle their on account collection automatically.
11. You may also take fee in various modes like cash, check, demand draft, credit card, NEFT.
12. You may able to start/stop any variable service that student takes or leaves.
13. You may also takes head wise fee in case student don’t want to submit some head fees on monthly
collections.
14. System is able to takes fee for New Admissions, Monthly fee collection, Not attending student collection,
On Account collection( In case student don’t submit fee as on fee structures) this is settle automatically.
15. System has option for fee return, fee discount, and fine discount custom options.
16. The fine is automatically calculated on the bases of rules.
17. Variable fee heads fee will not be charged for summer vacations or you may customized it.
