Meeting the demands of industry

Loading

Safe unit and stacked load values depend on the model of

container, type of load, temperature and duration. All Sch-

oeller Allibert products have been designed to provide

many years of continuous use in a wide range of demand-

ing industrial applications. The FEA (finite element analysis)

software developed by our designers means that we can

manufacture products that are both lighter and stronger

than ever before. In the event of any doubt concerning the

strength or suitability for your application please consult

Schoeller Allibert.

Temperature

Schoeller Allibert products are designed for use in a wide

range of temperatures. Polypropylene (PP) trays and con-

tainers are ideal for use between -10ºC

to +50ºC with many models serviceable from -20ºC to

+60ºC (depending on loading and use). High density poly-

ethylene (HDPE) trays and containers are ideal

for use between -30ºC to +30ºC with many models service-

able from as low as -40ºC up to +40ºC (depending on load-

ing and use). If the containers or pallets are expected to

perform under load at temperatures close to these param-

eters, then we recommend that you contact Schoeller Al-

libert to discuss your application.

Washing

Polypropylene trays and containers can be put through tray

washers in temperatures over +100ºC for short periods.

High density polyethylene (HDPE) trays and containers can

be cleaned at temperatures up to +80ºC. Schoeller Allibert

products are compatible with most washing and soda

based detergents currently in use.

Chemical resistance

Schoeller Allibert products are resistant to most chemical

agents found in industry. In the event of any doubt, please

consult Schoeller Allibert.

Stack / Nest Containers

180° Stack Nest

Available in a wide variety of dimensions, the Stack

Nest ranges of Schoeller Allibert include the Tellus

range with 3 footprints and spacious volume, along

with deep handgrips.

Bicolor stack nest ranges offer a quick and easy Stack

Nest position identification.

50% nesting models: offer straight walls and maximized

internal dimensions suitable for many food product

processing and logistics. Their strong bases being

compatible with automated handling.

The 70% nesting bicolor boxes range is euro footprint,

3 heights for modular logistics, and smooth internal

external surfaces for content protection.

Standard Crates

Schoeller Allibert offers a comprehensive range of standard

crates: stack nest containers, stackable containers, small boxes

and our System 9000 for handling small parts. All our crates

are strong, stable and durable. We specialise in designing

special packaging to protect parts, using vacuum formed

trays, textile dunnage systems, and foam trays cut. These

are all designed to give 100% protection to your products.

Stack Nest Containers

Our high-quality stack/nest containers fit snugly into each

other when empty and stack securely when full. This feature

allows you to reduce space requirements by as much as 70%

per trip. Made of PP (polypropylene) or PE (polyethylene) to

food-industry standards, our stack/nest containers stand up

to the toughest of multi-trip demands.

Stack/Nest Containers

MaxiNest

Award-winning Maxinest® is one of the largest

and most diverse range of RTP (Returnable Tran-

sit Packaging) for food and grocery distribution.

Maxinest® is the only produce tray to offer multi-

height options, enabling the same tray to be used

for a number of different applications. From field or

food manufacturer to retail point-of-sale Maxinest®

protects, maintains quality and promotes hygiene

for fresh and frozen fruit, vegetables, prepack-

aged meats, fish, prepared meals and many other

grocery items. Maxinest® fits standard distribution

and display equipment.

The new Maxinest+ range has been developed to meet

the growing trend in more sophisticated and efficient

supply chains.


Attached lid containers

Integra:

Integra range is very popular with retailers like H&M.

Non food retail products such as clothing are protected

and easy to unload. When empty space saving is up to

70%. New features include increased height, smoother

design, ergonomic handles, in mold labelling options,

RFID tracking, sealing and strapping options for se-

cured transport.

Kaiman:

Wide range of secured ALC with integrated tamper

proof label holder on end. Open lids laying vertical on

sides, the boxes can be conveyed witout risk of gripping

on any type of conveying systems. Heavy duty ( up to 40

kgs load ) Kaiman range is euro footprint, and also offer

larger models perfect for offices moving end use.
