REGISTRATION POLICIES

Everyone 6 years and older must have a leisure card to enter the building or register for classes. Cards are $1.00

for a one-year membership. This does not include the weight room and cardio room.

To register for a class, in person or on-line, all participants/registrants must first establish an ActiveNet

account. ActiveNet Account website is (https://apm.activecommunities.com/columbusrecparks).

All payments must be received at time of registration to secure the class spot except for material fees that are paid

to the instructor on the first day of class.

Age is determined as of the date of the first class.

Cash, checks, and money orders accepted. Checks for classes are made payable to City of Columbus. There is an

additional 20% class fee for NON-RESIDENTS. Material fees are to be paid to the instructor by cash only.

When paying in cash, if possible, please have correct change.

Prorating of a class fee will not be done before the 4th

week of the session and only with the instructor‘s approval.

Parents must remain in the building during class time for ages 5 & Under.

Scholarships for children are available, depending on family income, thru the P.L.A.Y. program. This program

does not cover youth athletic league or material fees. This program will pay up to $20 of one class’s fee per child

per session. The scholarship money may not be split to pay part of two or more classes. Applications must be

submitted by the end of the 2nd week of the current session and at the same time as you register for the class.

Cardio Room

A membership is required to use these facilities. The membership costs $60 for ages 18 to 49 ($40 for ages 50). Facility hours are the same as the center hours. Memberships expire 1 year from the purchase date. We do not sell one-day temporary passes.

Ages 12-17 require adult member supervision/membership.

Sign-ups will be held at Schiller every Saturday in March from 10:00-12:00. Ages 4-15 are eligible to play. Cost to play is as follows:

T-Ball Ages 4-5 $45 Girls Softball Ages 10 & Under, 11-15 $45 Pee Wee Ages 6-7 $65 Minor Ages 8-10 $65 Major Ages 11-12 $65 Pony Ages 13-15 $65

League fees will go up $5 after March 26.
