"The only thing you have to offer another human being, EVER, is your own state of being."

    - Ram Dass - Dearest Mindful Explorer, Thank you for your interest in Mindfulness for Coaches Training Programme. This programme emerged from a belief that the biggest gift we offer our clients is our own state of being. Effective coaches are in touch with themselves. They are "synchronised" with the totality of who they are and remain constantly curious about their own interior life - their emotions, reactions, internal dialogues and logic. In this class, coaches learn proven methods that bring personal focus and mindfulness into their personal and professional life. Using practices informed by the diverse worlds of neuroscience, psychology, spirituality, coaching and organisational leadership, they learn how to use "all of themselves" as a tool within the coaching process to bring the best to their clients. The goal of this class is simple: to start each of the participants on the journey to establish mindfulness as the foundation of their work and life I truly believe that one day all professional coaches will be trained in mindfulness and see mindfulness as the foundation on which all "technical" coaching skills are built. Through mindfulness, we can genuinely respect a client's room for growth, to act as change catalysts and to achieve positive results from a place of non-interference and attentive presence. I am thrilled to know that through working together we can bring this vision closer to reality. I am looking forward to working with you. Karolina

About The Author Hello, I am Karolina - Social entrepreneur, professional coach and mindfulness practitioner. In 2013 I started "Coach Mindfully" with particular interest in developing the "Coach in the Now" concept. My vision is that all professional coaches are trained in mindfulness. I see mindfulness as the foundation on which all "technical" coaching skills are built, if we are to genuinely respect the client's space for growth, to act as change catalysts and to facilitate the client's positive results from a place of non-interference and attentive presence.

My work has been supported by a long list of other professional coaches and mindfulness practitioners. To see full list of individuals who supported my work please visit www.coachmindfully.com I live in Wellington, Somerset and love to travel (mainly to Poland where I came from).
