Most in plant grease re-lubrication is carried out manually by a technician using a hand operated grease gun. This approach presents severalchallenges:

Single point automatic lubricators are a great and affordable way to extend the effectiveness of your lubrication program. They provide continuousand consistent lubrication, eliminating over and under greasing issues to extend the operating life of your equipment.
They can be threaded directly to the lube port or remote mounted as needed. Doing so eliminates contamination issues, accidental risk of using theincorrect lubricant and provides easy access for lubrication technicians.

Concept1 – Single Point Automatic Lubricator
The electrochemical reaction
Concept1 is delivered ready to dispense lubricant. Gettinggoing is as easy as affixing the lubricator onto the lubepoint and setting your desired discharge period.
A 3mm allen key is used to select a discharge setting.This will activate the drycell technology that powers theConcept1 lubricator.
Once you pick a setting, the drycell starts generating gaswhich moves the white piston forward and pushes thelubricant out and into the lube point.
The setting you choose, 1 to 12 months, will determinehow fast all of the lubricant is dispensed into theapplication.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: I don’t know what grease I need, can you make a recommendation?
A: Because industrial equipment types vary so widely and are highly specialized Schaeffler rarely recommends a lubricant. The proper lubricant can generally be found in the OEM’soperation and maintenance manual.
Q: I don’t see my grease on your standard grease list, can you source my lubricant or interchange to one of yours?
A: Additional lubricants can be sourced, we’ll reach out to our grease supplier to check availability.
Q: What’s min order quantity, and can I break it?
A: 10 pcs, MOQ cannot be broken. 10 pcs is the min quantity where the warehouse can fulfill orders without having to pass any extra “handling & filling costs” on to customers.
Q: Can I expedite my order?
A: Yes, for a $150 fee we’ll fill and ship your order within 48 business hours. Shipment method (Std, 2nd day Air, Next Day Air) are at customer’s discretion.
Q: Can I refill the lubricators myself or do I need to order new lubricators each time?
A: You can refill the lubricators yourself, the drycell (gas producing tablet) will need to be replaced each time the lubricator is refilled. Replacement drycell packs are available for purchase.
Q: How many times can I refill the lubricator before I need to replace it?
A: Because of regular wear and tear, it is highly recommended you fill the lubricator no more than 3 times before replacing it.
