SCENE-1.EXT.STREET,HILL STATION.DAY

On a heavily populated hill station with tiny two storiedhouses stacked together, Niranjan, a petite man probablyin his mid twenties dressed in a sweater and muffler iswalking in a narrow yet busy street. It's a cold day.Breathing heavy and adjusting his glasses he enters aninternet cafe. The owner of the shop looks at him andgives him a slight nod, conveying that they already knoweach other.

The owner guides him to a three screen desk with a heavyduty processor at a corner of the tiny center. Niranjantakes out a hi-tech device and connects it to the systemusing a fire wall. The black device shows a display witha bunch of Chinese characters. By quickly moving fingerson the device screen he rearranges the Chinese charactersand an unlock sign appears on the screen. This willtrigger a display on the three computer screens connectedto the processor. Niranjan quickly grabs the keyboard andstarts typing in special characters and moves informationfrom one screen to another. Digital satellite images popup on one screen and a digital world map on the other. Hethen takes out a small pencil like device from his bagand places it on top of the screen. The magnet at thebase of the device sticks to the metal casing around thescreen. The device opens up to a tiny dish. The image ofthe device appears on the screen. He opens a dialogue boxand types in a 5 line code. A progressive bar appears onthe screen and as it reaches 100%, a green light appearson the dish. He then opens a window with message box andstarts typing in a message. "I have what you want".

Simultaneously, on screen two he types a code and amessage appears, "Connecting to Server", followed by,"Connection Acquired" and a progressive bar appears witha message, "downloading files" and series of files arebeing downloaded and each file is being pushed to screenthree. Icons of different Indian government organizationsappear on screen three as the files are being saved.Words like "High Priority", "Top Secret", "For InternalGovernment Use only" appear on the screen. Half of screenthree is filled with satellite signals jumping betweensatellites and part of screen two has internetconnections jumping from one IP-address to another acrossthe world. Niranjan uses a cloth to wipe his sweat offwhile constantly checking his surroundings.

As soon as he sends the message, he adjusts his watch to60 second timer. The progression bar keeps changing from10% to 20% to 30% while the timer on the watch keepsticking. At 90% the download is stuck and his watchstarts beeping as it reaches 0. He starts perspiringlooking at the watch and starts typing random code on thescreen. Download percent slowly starts increasing andreaches 100% and "Complete" appears on the screen. With asmile on his face he picks up his bag to pack and amessage appears on the screen, "Hyderabad". His smile

broadens. He quickly disconnects the devices, packs themand heads out.

SCENE-2.INT.NEWS VAN,HILL STATION.DAY

When Niranjan's system is connected to the server, amessage "Connecting to server" pops up on a system in aremote location. Guy sitting at the system types randomstuff and talks in to his ear piece.

SERVER GUY 1He is trying to connect to theserver. Stand by.

As the server connects to his system a clock appears onthe screen.

He is in. Find him

The guy sitting next to him punch's in some random codesand pulls up some window and the search begins. Visualsof different maps appear connecting to different towersand satellites. Clock passes 2 min mark.

guys on high mudguard racing bikes are waiting on a hillyterrain. Their engines are roaring ready to take off.They are completely dressed in biking attire with helmetsin hand.

SCENE-4.INT.NEWS VAN,HILL STATION.DAY

As the stop watch on Niranjan's watch hits 0, hislocation pops up on the screens in the server room.Immediately on the ear piece...

SERVER GUY 2found him. I am sending thelocation right now. Check yourdevices.

CUT TO:


Masood Ali in a tea shop is looking at a palm heldgadget. A map pops up with a red dot. he presses coupleof buttons and the devices display's the route from his

location to the dot. The man signals two others. They revup their engines and zoom off.


Niranjan makes this way through the narrow crowdedstreets of the hill station. He hears distinct sounds ofbikes roaring at a distance. He senses something unusualand takes an immediate left and starts walking briskly.He starts to perspire profusely while tightly holding onto the bag in hand.

Bikes keep zipping through the streets. Gadget in thehand of the assassin guides them to Niranjan. They spothim at the other end of the street and rev up theirengines. Niranjan starts running as the bikes start tocatch up with him.

He runs through streets, houses, roof tops, markets.Jumps from one roof top to another while the bikes followhis direction through the narrow streets.

SCENE-7.INT/EXT.TRAIN.DAY

Finally, he enters the railway station and in to thetrain that is just leaving the station. Bikes soon catchup.Three bikes behind the train. One on the tracks, one onthe road parallel to the track and one tries to cutthrough the mountain slopes to intersect the train at thenext curve. Niranjan picks a seat in the last compartmentand sits down hoping he had lost his tail. The bike onthe tracks, catches up with the train and the guy leavesthe bike behind and gets in to the train. Niranjan spotsthe assassin entering the train from the lastcompartment. He quickly turns back and starts heading inthe other direction. The guy driving through the woodshits a log and falls flat on the rocks busting his back.He quickly pulls himself up as the train enters a tunnel.He runs on top of the tunnel as fast as he can and leapsforward in full speed to land on top of the engine. Thebike on the road is still chasing the train. Niranjanrealizes that he might get caught. He looks around withone hand on the equipment in the bag. He sees a womenprobably in her 50's and a bag next to her. A tag on thebag gives away her address. Train hits a tunnel. It'spitch dark all of a sudden. As the train crosses thetunnel, Niranjan is startled by one of the assassinsstanding right in front of him. In an instant reaction,Niranjan pushes a passenger on to him and runs to thefront of the train. The assassin from the front of thetrain catches up and he gets pinned between twocompartments out in the open. One of them tries to grabhis shoulder but instead catches the bag as Niranjanjumps off of the train in to a river below. Assassins areleft with Niranjan's bag while he is gone. They quicklybrowse through the bag only to find nothing in it. Aclose shot on the bag next to the 50 year old women

hinting that the equipment is in that bag.

A man and a women are sitting on either ends of thecouch. Silence fills the air. They don't seem to look eyeto eye. The women is filing her nails and the man isgetting irritated by the sound of it. A middle aged manenters the room and takes the chair opposite to theirs.

Shekhar, Venkat Rao, Yadav and one other well built manin uniform are getting briefed by their commandingofficer. Their shoulder tags read NIA (NationalInvestigation Agency) with a flag. Commanding officerpoints at an undisclosed location on the satellite map.Up on zooming in closer, it looks like an abandonedreservoir. The footage shown on the screen is a livesatellite feed.

At the reservoir, men dressed in civil are seen holdingweapons to guard the place. The live feed minimizes in toa small box at the top right corner of the screen and ananimated map appears on the screen. It shows the safestroute to enter in to the reservoir from a metal door atthe East entrance, through a series of dimly lit narrowchannels which opens up to a large chamber with rotatingturbines and heavily pressurized water pumping system. Atevery intersection of the channels there are two guards.The large chamber is where narcotics are prepared, packedand boxed for shipping. Since East entrance opens to thewater side of the reservoir, it's not guarded. Westentrance which opens to the jungle is heavily guardedsince all transactions happen through that. Reservoirstop is lightly guarded and if they can slip those guards,the operation would be a piece of cake.

SCENE-14.EXT.RESERVOIR.NIGHT

Shekhar and his three NIA officers have to create adiversion to attract attention from the guards on thewrong side of the reservoir while they sneak in from theother side. It's a full moon day and a plane flies by thereservoir in the night sky.


COUNSELORyenti plane aa? (wide eyed)

COUNSELORaa.. (still wide eyed)


A plane flies by the reservoir in the night sky and aload of parachutes are deployed. Parachutes slowly maketheir way close to the dam. As the parachutes approachthe forest floor, they get entangled to the tree tops.Each parachute is buckled with hefty things (unknown atthis point). As the light on the safety belt turns green,the buckles snap and the things fall to the forest floor.As soon as they fall, they start making their way towardsthe West entrance of the reservoir by stepping on dryleaves, breaking twigs, moving trees. Their movementcreates lot of noise in the otherwise peaceful junglealerting the people guarding the place. With pointedweapons, guards start searching for a visual of what ismoving in their direction.

At the same time, four parachutes drop down at the eastentrance behind the guards on the reservoirs top andlands on the water surface. They quickly unlockthemselves from the parachutes and a short swim to thereservoir wall will get them close to the metal door.Shekhar pulls out a hand held metal cutting device andstarts cutting the door.

On the other side of the reservoir, Guards are nervousand confused about the unknown behind the woods. treesare moving, sounds of someone or something is closing inon them and one of them panics and fires few rounds. Asqueaking sound of an wounded animal slowly succumbing todeath, reverberates the jungle. Guards look at each otherterrified. They can't make out what that is.

SCENE-17.INT.RESERVOIR.NIGHT

The door is cut open. Shekhar and his team slowly maketheir way in to the narrow channels. The channels are wetwith water seeping in from the reservoir. Weapons ready,they head in the direction of the dot on Shekhar's wristwatch.


Guards are more terrified as the the sounds fromdifferent directions are closing in. Suddenly somethingstarts launching ahead and multiple shots are fired. Thething lands just outside the wooded area gravely wounded.To find out what it is, some one has to make the dreadfuljourney of few yards towards it. No one seems wanting totake the first step.


Shekhar and team reach the first intersection anddisengage the two guards. They hide them in the dark andhead forward. Through the middle of the channel, theyhear foot steps coming in their direction and they haveno place to hide. three guys, one seems like a middlemanand two buyers are walking out with a stack of whitepowder. One of the buyer has round tattoo on the neck

like a pointer or a target. They pass right through theplace where Shekhar and team are last seen. As they turnthe corner and out of sight, Shekhar slowly crawls downfrom the sealing. The other three are clamped to thesealing as well. After they determine the area is safe,they head forward.


Two guards, hand in hand slowly make their way to thedead thing. It looks like an animal. one flashes a lightwhile the other shuts his eyes tight. After flipping theanimal to the side, they realize that it's a pig. Theyare little annoyed. They call out to others that it'sjust a pig. Everyone laughs.


shekhar and team reach the main entrance of the largechamber with turbines and pressurized water pumpingsystem. Water is gushing out of large pipes. The sound ofthe water is too loud for anyone to hear anything. Theysee that a transaction is happening in a sign languageabout a box load of weapons. Shekhar and team make handgestures and move to strategic positions around thechamber and on shekhar's mark of flipping the thirdfinger, all four of them open fire.

Guards are playing with the pigs at the west entrance.Some get on top of the pigs playfully and some feed thembread. They don't hear a thing from inside.

CUT TO:


Everyone in the large chamber is down. Smoke fills thechamber. weapons stop firing. a moment of lullness. Someone from the fallen moves and a barrage of bullets hithim. No more movement. Shekhar and team regroup and pullout the possessions of the place. The place is filledwith weapons and narcotics. In his ear piece, he givesout instructions.

SHEKHARTeam B, you are up.

Guards are still playing with the pigs and suddenly,multiple red dots appear on every guard and before theycould react, they are hit with multiple bullets. All

down.

SCENE-25.EXT.FOREST ROAD.NIGHT

Wooden boxes of weapons and narcotics are loaded in atruck. The middle man and the two buyers are tied down inthe front seats of the truck and the truck is driven tothe nearest forest check post and left rolling in thefirst gear. The truck slowly makes its way to the checkpost, hits the gate and stops. The guard at the checkpost wakes up from deep sleep. Wiping his eyes heapproaches the truck, asks for the drivers license andcasually walks behind the truck. As he opens the coversbehind, he falls back on the road. Runs to the postyelling out his officers name.

FOREST GUARDSIR...SIR...SIR...

Few yards down the road, Shekhar and team slip in to thedarkness of the jungle.

SCENE-26.EXT.PAPER STAND.DAY

News of a shipment of weapons and narcotics being ceasedat the chinthapalli forest check post hits the headlinesof all papers the next day. A picture of the check postguard and his officer with a broad smile next to theceased truck.

Swathi turns away from Shekhar and uses her index fingerto wipe her tears. Shekhar's phone rings again and itreads, "NIA Head". He cuts the call in anger. Shekhargets on to his knees, holds her hand and starts pleading.

SHEKHARI am sorry Swathi. deenanthatikikaaranam naa job. adi nenumanesthanu. But, please give meone chance. Just one last chance.

Shekhar looks at the counselor instantaneously. absolutesilence in the room. Counselor and Swathi are looking atShekhar to answer. Shekhar takes a high speed gulpcursing the Counselor. Swathi begins to suspect if hereally knows or not. Shekhar has to speak. He iscornered. With much hesitation he blurts out the time inhigh speed.

SHEKHARfo...u..rrr...mmm..mmm (Swathi'sexpression changes)thi...rrr...ttyy....mmmm...mmm????(Swathi's expression keepschanging) ishhh...

Based on the change in Swathi's expressions Shekharchanges the time from 4 to 4:30 to 4:30ish. Counselorbrings a devilish smile on his face. Swathi gets upfuriously, picks her bag and is about to storm out.Shekhar gets up quick on his feet and blocks her fromleaving.

SCENE-31.EXT.KAYAKING RIVER.DAY

Swathi and Shekhar are having a good time kayaking in alake. They both look young and happy, especially shekhar,

he is sitting at the back and observing her while she issmiling and playing with water. He is in awe of her.

SCENE-32.EXT.HIKING.DAY

They are in their trekking suits, hiking a small hilltogether. They reach the peak of the hill and camp outoverlooking the sunset. She is talking something, lookingat the sun with a joyful face, Shekhar is just watchingher instead of the sunset. The brightness of the sunsetto him is nothing compared to her glowing face.

SCENE-33.EXT.HORSE RIDING.DAY

They get on a horse, shekhar is at the rear trying toteach swathi how to handle a horse while riding, Swathiis scared. Its all new to her, Shekhar tells her thatthere is nothing to worry. At first he makes the horsewalk and slowly he makes the horse run like wind. Swathiwho is in the front screams out loud. Shekhar who iscontrolling the horse doesn't stop. He makes it run evenfaster, she holds onto the horse like she is fallingdown. He stops after a while and gets her down. He pullsher close to him. She is angry at him. He comforts herwith his warm hug and she closes her eyes feeling thewarmth.

SCENE-34.INT.HOUSE KITCHEN.DAY

Shekhar is cooking for Swathi, while Swathi is watchinghim cook and sampling the dishes and he is not lettingher taste them. He is putting her off to wait until it isfinished. she is trying to take a bite. he gets angry,she laughs. he grabs her by the waist. Some playfulmoments between them.

SCENE-35.EXT.MALL.DAY

In a mall parking lot, Both get in with bags in bothhands. Swathi pulls out a wobble head dog out of the bagand places it on the dash board and kisses him on hischeek. He smiles and the car drives off.

SCENE-36.EXT.ROADS.DAY

Present. Swathi is in her car. Driving home, she too islost in thought.

SCENE-37.INT.RESTAURANT.NIGHT

They are having a candle light dinner in a luxurioushotel. They are having a good conversation and both lookhappy. The waiting brings in a cake with "HappyAnniversary" on it. She is pleasantly surprised. Shekhargives her a gold chain. while Swathi gifts him a watch.

sekhar phone rings and he answers. He steps out for aminute.

dissolve shots of her waiting over some period oftime..she gets impatient gradually. A message pops up onher phone. "I a sorry. something urgent came up." Sheasks for the check.

SCENE-38.INT.BEDROOM.NIGHT

Middle of the night, Shekhar and Swathi are both sleepingtogether on a bed. Shekhar phone illuminates on thetable, implying that someone is calling him. He silentlywakes up trying not to disturb her. He puts a pillow inhis place and leaves the room tip toeing like a cat..

Swathi opens her eyes after his leave. she is alreadyawake.

SCENE-39.INT.HOSPITAL HALLWAY.NIGHT

Swathi is in labour. She is being carried away on astretcher, she is in severe labour pains but her eyes aresearching for Shekhar. He is nowhere to be found,she isscreaming his name, it is evident through her lipmovement, she is being consoled by some relative of her.They carry her to labour ward and door close behind her.

Shekhar stops the car in front of hospital in midway, hedoesn't even bother to park the car. He runs in a hurryto the labour ward and gets into Swathi's room. seeinghim the nurse who is attending her tries to wake her up,but Shekhar stops her from doing so. he just looks at hisson with a cheerful face and plays with him.

SCENE-40.INT.PRINCIPALS OFFICE.DAY

Swathi and Rishi they are in the principals office.Though they are sitting right in front of eachother,everyone is looking at the wall clock. Principal isimpatient..he is asking for someone again and again.Swathi is trying hard to convince him requesting him towait for few more minutes. She calls his phonerepeatedly. No answer, she looks embarrassed,her sonlooks at her with a hopeless expression.

SCENE-41.INT.SHEKHAR'S HOUSE.NIGHT

Its night, raining outside, Rishi is covered with warmclothes on his forehead, Swathi is attending to him. Heis shivering with high fever. Swathi is in worried, sheis wandering here and there not knowing what to do. Sheis calling shekhar repeatedly on his phone, all she isgetting is busy tone. Not knowing what to do, she calls108 citing emergency. An ambulance comes to her house andwith their help she takes Rishi to the hospital..

SCENE-42.EXT.SHEKHAR'S HOUSE.DAY

Its early in the morning, Shekhar parks the car in frontof his house and at the front yard he finds all his

clothes and suitcase packed. He takes all his stuff,confused and tries to go inside. The door is locked. Hesees Swathi sitting on the couch through the window. Heis banging the door repeatedly calling her name.Irritated Swathi opens the door and yells at him. Herealizes that Rishi is sick. He tries to reach out to thekid but swathi stops him from doing so. shekhar tries toconvince her, she is not in a mood to listen. She isangry, frustrated and fed up with him. She closes thedoor in the middle of conversation. Shekahar bangs thedoor again but no response..

nothing else to do he takes all his stuff and gets in thecar and leaves. Song slowly fades off.

SCENE-43.EXT.STREET, SHEKHAR'S CAR.DAY

Signal turns green and Shekhar's Ford Icon launchesforward. His phone buzzes and he looks at it and getsirritated on finding that the call is from his NIA Head.He answers the phone irritated.

In the process of cutting the call and steering away fromthe cop, he rams in to the car in front and BAM! He getsdown and finds out that his bumper fell off. Cop looks athim seriously. He gives him two challon's. one for cellphone driving and the other for the accident. He pays andleaves.

He gets out of the hospital. His phone rings again andits from the same person. He gets into the car and throwsthe phone on the passenger seat. its ringing again, hestarts the car. the phone is still ringing, he answers itirritated while he is driving.

SHEKHAR(loud and serious)

He cuts the call and looks at the wobble head piece onthe dash board. To his shock the piece is missing itshead. He slams on the breaks and instinctively a carcrashes in to his car from behind breaking his rearbumper. After paying some cash the car behind leaves andhe is left with a broken rear bumper.

Shekhar's face turns red. he walks back and sits in thecar. He starts searching for the head. He finds it stuckbetween the seats. With great struggle he picks it up andputs it back on the figurine. But, it doesn't sit right.He keeps adjusting it but his efforts go in vein. He gets

frustrated and punches the car multiple times. Long shotof the car, the punching stops. Sound of a deep breath.Engine starting sound and the car leaves.

Car stops at the special branch with the dogs face tiltedto the left a little. It doesn't wobble anymore.

He walks into the office with the report file from thedoctor's office. The office is filled with policeofficers working, mostly in desk jobs. everybody looks athim casually. A man approaches him hurriedly and guideshim.

The wobble head of the dog keeps bothering him as it'snot wobbling. Sitting right on the dash board it keepsfrustrating him. He tries to wobble it couple of timesbut nothing happens.

SCENE-51.EXT.SIGNAL.DAY

His car stops at a signal. He picks up the head andstarts to analyze what is wrong with it. Sound of a bikeracing towards him is heard. Within no time, a bike fromthe adjacent gully rushes on to the main road where hiscar is parked waiting for the signal. The bike slides inan attempt to make the turning and almost hits his car.It misses by few inches and zooms of in the oppositedirection of the on coming traffic.

Before Shekhar could understand what is happening, a carrushes out of the same street and tries to take the sameturn. But, instead it rams in to Shekhar's car. Theimpact throws the wobble head in Shekhar's hand fly outbreaking the windshield and on to the road. Shekhar looksat the flying head in horror. It crashes on the road into pieces. The run away car is unable to start because ofthe crushing impact. Windows of the car are broken aswell. The two guys in the car are in a frantic modetrying to get away. The one in the passenger seat is themain guy in Shimla who was behind Niranjan. Frustratedand pissed off with the turn of events that day, Shekhartries to get down but his doors are jammed. He kicks his

door hard enough for it to blast open. He gets down,looks at his wobble head and heads to the run away car.They are trying to start the engine.

SHEKHARreyi... car digara.. (trying toopen the passenger door), digu...

Assassin holds the door tight restricting it to open. Carstarts.

Shekhar realizes that they are going to drive off. So, heholds the assassin's shirt trying to pull him down. Theircar is entangled with Shekhar's car. So, they try to pullback the car in reverse to untangle it. Shekhar keepspulling his shirt.

Unable to contain Shekhar, the Assassin pulls a gun atShekhar. Shekhar immediately leaves his shirt and stepsback.

The driver is still trying to untangle the car and theassassin yells at him by looking away for a split second.

that split second was enough for Shekhar to twist his armand try to pull the gun from him. As he does that, theircar is untangled and starts moving forward. The assassinstill tries to hold on to the gun and as the car zoomsforward, Shekhar is being dragged and at one pointassassin looses grip on the gun and Shekhar falls on the

road with gun in hand. He immediately pulls himself upand starts shooting at the speeding car. The car zoomsoff against the traffic. Shekhar runs back to his car andstarts the engine. He turns the car in the wrongdirection against the traffic, slams on the breaks, opensthe door, picks up the broken pieces of the wobble headand zooms off chasing the run away car.


Shekhar keeps chasing the run away car.dodging thetraffic. The run away car drives recklessly through thebusy streets in the wrong direction and Shekhar is righton their tail. At one intersection, it jumps the lightand blends in to the through traffic. Shekhar keepschasing the car but the car infront zooms off dodging thetraffic and Shekhar gets blocked by some vehicles. helooses them and hits his streering wheel out offrustration. His phone rings. He checks it out. ReminderMessage on the phone reads, "pick up Chintu". He turnsthe vehicle around and heads in the direction of theschool. He dials a number "@6#3"on the phone and Yadavanswers.

People start gathering around slowly. Shekhar gets littleworried. Swathi answer's the phone.

He checks the bedroom and dumpsthings from the bag on to the ground. He then startschecking the living room. He is being observed thru ascope from across the balcony. The old women gets off thelift, sees the other women off and heads towards herfront door. Niranjan spots the equipment in one of thedraws. As he picks up a bullet is fired from the oppositebuilding and at the same time, the front door is openedand Niranjan ducks to hide from the women. The bulletmisses Niranjan's head and hits the lady's neck and shecollapses without a sound. In shock, Niranjan looks outin to the balcony and another shot is fired. He ducksinstantly and crawls out of the door and thru the stairs.The sniper starts running with his gun on the otherbuilding. They see eye to eye across the buildings.Niranjan puts on the helmet and zooms off on the bikewhile the watchman looks. A loud scream is heard from thebuilding and the watchman runs upstairs.

He picks up the busted bullet from the plants on the sidewalk which fell after hitting the ledge. He collects itin a bag and hands it over to Venkat Rao. He takes outhis phone and dials.

Suddenly the door opens.Shekhar and Venkat Rao walk in. Shekhar walks straight tothe chair and sits while Venkat Rao rushes to the dealerand starts punching his face relentlessly. Dealer's facegets swollen in no time with bruises all over his face.Venkat rao drags him to the chair and makes him sit. Hisface looks horrible with cut eye brows, swollen lip,bruised cheeks, cut ears. Shekhar puts a disgusting faceand looks at Venkat Rao.

It's 8pm on a crowded street in Sitafalmandi. Street islined up with tiny shops bustling with public. Shekhar'scar is parked in a dark spot around the corner of thestreet close to a wall. Shekhar is sitting in the driverseat, Yadav in the back seat. Venkat Rao is at a tiffincenter across the street at a distance eating dosa. Allthree are equipped with ear pieces to communicate. A tinydrone is hovering at a 30 feet height above the street.Yadav is operating it with a joy stick sitting in the

back seat of the car. The dashboard near the frontpassenger seat is hooked up with a laptop. It isdisplaying the visuals from the drone on three fourths ofthe screen. Top half of the remaining one fourth displayhas a computer code running constantly. Each face in thevideo is captured in a box connecting to the code andtries to match it with the faces in the database runningin the bottom half of the one fourth screen. The boxturns red for every unmatched face and the softwareautomatically picks new faces in the vicinity. At thevery bottom of the screen through the length of thedisplay, multiple sound wave frequencies of thesurroundings are being captured. Attached to the laptopthru the USB drive is an antenna which is sitting on topof the car. To the car power outlet, the amplifier to theear pieces is connected. A card swiping device isconnected to another USB outlet of the computer. Shekharand Yadav are watching the visuals. watching for any signof Masood Ali. Drone is hovering, Venkat Rao is all eyeson the surroundings. A black Ford Fiesta takes a turnfrom the main road and drives past Shekhar's car from thefront. They don't pay attention to the car. The black carturns in to a gully behind them. It comes back inreverse, takes a turn facing the direction it came fromand is parked few meters behind Shekhar's car. Venkat Raoobserves the car and informs Shekhar.

All this while there is no moment in the car and theinside of the car is pitch dark. Drone pulls back towide. Venkat Rao finishes his dosa and steps aside towash his hands. Black car's door opens and a man stepsout, looks around, closes the door and walks towardsShekhar's car and stops at the car. We don't see him.From the mystery man's suggestion Venkat Rao steps out ofthe tiffin center wiping his hands. He looks at themystery man and suddenly turns to the side facing the panshop.

Yadav starts to move the drone around. Shekhar and Yadavare checking the monitor.

Both pause for a second and slowly turn their heads andsee this man standing at the window of the car. The droneat this point is facing the man. From the drone's camera,we see the man lighting up a cigarette. As the cigaretteis lit he lift's his head and his face is captured by thedrone. It matches his face with the face of the driverfrom the traffic cameras. The man moves towards thetiffin center.

They push things to theextreme by chocking each other. At one point Shekhar ispinned down on his back and Masood is chocking him withhis elbow. With the other hand he picks up a combat knifestrapped to his ankle and charges it towards Shekhar.Shekhar blocks it with his elbows and Masood keepspressing it down. Masood is too big and powerful forShekhar. The combat knife slowly inches down towardsShekhar's throat. Shekhar is using both hands and all thestrength he has to push him back but Masood has theadvantage. Shekhar realizes that he is loosing. Hemanages to fold his knee and bring it in between the twofor extra strength. Now, using his knee and both hands,he takes a deep breath and pushes Masood with all thestrength he has got. Masood gets thrown away and hits theglass window of the corridor. The window breaks. Hishands try to hold anything he could grab but he findsnothing. His leg looses balance putting his entire weighton his back. Shekhar realizes that Masood is going tofall off the building. He quickly regroups and tries tograb him. But it's too late. Masood falls out of thebroken window from above and Shekhar is left hanging

hopelessly on the ledge looking down at Masood. He hitsthe concrete and blood covers the area. Cops reach thecorridor to find Shekhar hanging. Cops also reach theparking lot and check up on Masood. Venkat Rao puts twofingers on his neck, looks up and nods his headconfirming his death.

Shekhar and Yadav are walking inside the tunnel wearinghard hats with lights and also torch lights in eachhand. A man can barely stand in the tunnel and there isspace for only one man to walk at a time. They slowlyinch forward.

Venkat Rao is searching the roads with metal detectorsand sniffer dogs.

Other teams are searching through houses, hotels, cafes,shops.


Underneath, Shekhar and Yadav are walking. Suddenly theirtorch light crosses what seems like a wooden plank. Theystop and focus the light back on the wooden plank. It isleaning against the tunnel wall above the ground close tothe ceiling. Shekhar gives his torch to Yadav and hefocuses the light. Shekhar pulls the wooden plank out ofthe wall only to reveal a 5 feet long complicated

equipment. It looks like it is made of regular glassbottles, ball bearings, wires, batteries and a hugecompartment containing RDX and a glass chamber with awhite liquid and vapors coming out of it. They realizethat it is a bomb but they have never seen anything likethis before. Shekhar takes a breath and looks around. Hefinds that there is a man hole opening on the ceiling. Hegets curious and tries to open it. He uses full force toopen the lid and pushes it aside. He then sticks his headout only to get a heart attack seeing a truck speedingtowards his head. He misses it by an inch. He slowly popsout of the man hole to realize that this opening is inthe middle of the road right in the path of PrathapReddy's rally.


They both crawl out of the tunnel.

Malini (a reporter) is following the rally closely withhis camera man. She runs ahead of the rally to capture awide shot of the entire procession. As she is running,she catches a glimpse of Shekhar with an NIA jacket andshe suspects something fishy is happening. She directsher camera man to follow Shekhar from a distance. Shekharis looking around. At a corner cafe down the street hesees someone positioned unusually. Everyone on the streetis looking at the procession. This one man is standingwith a tea cup in one hand and looking away from therally. He picks up a phone with the other hand from hispocket and puts it close to his ear. He then looks at therally with corner eye and speaks something on the phoneand puts it back in his pocket. Shekhar, who is acrossthe road, tries to get a good look at the guy. He lookssuspicious. Shekhar pulls out his phone and checks apicture. It's the third biker from Shimla who's pictureis taken from the CC camera's by NIA agents in Shimla.Malini and her camera man follow him. Shekhar crosses theroad and with out disrupting the public, he approachesthe man from behind and twists the guys arm and pulls himto the side alley of the cafe away from the traffic.Shekhar pins him against the wall with his gun on hishead.


NIA Head is still trying to reach out to the securityincharge in the rally. Phones keep ringing at the rallybut is too loud to hear the ring. Finally the PA picks upthe phone and sees that the call is from the NIA Head, heanswers the phone but could not hear anything.

A white van is parked on the road away from all thecommotion from the rally. Inside the van are four guys.One of them picks up a hi-tech remote from the side. Helooks at the other three. One of them nods his head toswitch it on, hearing the sound of crackers. He switchesit on and a green light appears on the remote.


The squad is ready to cut the wires and suddenly aspectrum of lights are lit and startles them all. Aseries of lights go on and off in a rhythm.


Shekhar keeps punching the guy in his face and Malini isshooting him secretly.


Venkat Rao and others keep searching thru balconies andunsuspecting people’s houses.


The squad is nervous and sweating. He picks up one of thewires and cuts it closing his eyes. Suddenly all lightsare off. Everyone looks at each other and in jubilationthey all hug each other.


In the van; the guy holding the remote is surprised tosee the light on the remote going off. He knocks theremote with his hand to check the connection.

Shekhar is tired of hitting the guy and is thinking whatelse to do. Malini is shooting.

Van guy 2 changes the batteries and checks but no use.

Van guy 2 pulls a chip and connects this remote to thenew chip and he switch’s on the remote. A green lightappears on the remote.


Suddenly lights on a different section of the bomb go onone by one. The jubilant Squad members are in a shock.They reach out to the bomb and see that there is back uptamper proof connection underneath the liquid chambers.They look at each other.


The Personal Security in the rally gets a text messagefrom the NIA Head. He looks at the message and isstartled. He just stands there in disbelief.

He doesn’t know what to do. He looks around and there arescores of people. For him everything numbs down. He triesto reach out to Prathap Reddy but there are too manypeople around and he gets pushed. Having no option hestops, turns back and starts walking in the oppositedirection.


Having no option left, Shekhar drags the guy to the manhole.

His cell phone rings. Call from unknown number. The guygets even more nervous. Rally is almost there.


Van Guy 1 cuts the call in frustration and looks in thedirection of the rally. Rally seems to be getting close.He gets ready to push the button.

SCENE-121.EXT.FEW BLOCKS DOWN, CHARMINAR.DAY

Few blocks down from the commotion an unidentified man is

walking with a laptop in hand. A message pops up and hechecks his cell phone.

PA PHONE MESSAGE2 minutes. Jannat Cafe.

He puts the phone back in, picks up his sunglasses andstarts walking.


Bomb Squad guys hold hands realizing that they are dead.They hear the sound of the rally above them on the road.They look at each other saying good bye with their eyes.


Venkat Rao is on the road tired of searching and he seemslost with what is happening.


Shekhar presses the guy hard against the man hole. Thefront of the rally is already passing them and the phonering stops. The guy starts to panic and points in thedirection of the van.

They spot a white van parked. Van guy 2’s finger is onthe button and is about to press it and suddenly thedoors are wide open and there is gun fire. Multiple

rounds are fired. There is smoke and yelling. All four ofthem are dead. The remote falls on the side walk. Shekharpicks up the remote and switches it off. He checks thedead guys in the van.


Bomb Squad guys are relieved finding that the lights areoff. They wipe off sweat from their faces.

The unidentified man crosses the road and enters JannatCafe.

While Yadav is transporting the phone guy to the jeep hetries to run away and the two constables start chasinghim.

SCENE-129.EXT.WHITE VAN, CHARMINAR.DAY

Shekhar starts searching for clues and he spots someoneacross the street. It's Niranjan. Shekhar identifies himright away and follows him.

SCENE-130.EXT.ROADS, CHARMINAR.DAY

Yadav is chasing the phone guy. Unable to catch him, hethrows a stick on to the guy and the stick tackles hislegs and he tumbles on the road only to be run over by abus. He dies instantly on the road.

SCENE-131.EXT.JANNAT CAFE, CHARMINAR.DAY

Niranjan takes a turn and Shekhar is right behind him.Niranjan spots the PA (unidentified man) and nods hishead. PA also nods his head. PA checks his jacket to makesure he has the gun. After confirming he looks atNiranjan. He is still at a distance. Shekhar is behindNiranjan in the same line of sight. PA spots Shekhar andhis expression changes. Niranjan Understands that thereis something wrong. PA immediately slips out in to thecrowd. Niranjan at this point knows that someone isfollowing him. He walks patiently till he hits anintersection, takes a right and suddenly startssprinting. Shekhar realizes quickly starts chasing him.

Niranjan runs thru a tiny street and enters the mainroad. Malini and her camera man are shooting the chasefrom her vehicle driving behind them.

SCENE-133.EXT.FLYOVER.DAY

He starts running on to the over pass and is tired.

Shekhar is equally tired. They both slow down. Unable torun, Niranjan looks back to see that Shekhar is gainingon him and having no option he reaches’s the railing ofthe over pass to jump off of it. He gets on to therailing and as he is about to jump off, Shekhar catch’shis shirt in time. Niranjan is hanging from the over passand Shekhar is holding his shirt. By standers startshooting this sequence on their cell phones. Shekhar isexhausted and is unable to hold Niranjan anymore. He seesa truck loaded with vegetables coming towards theoverpass and aims Niranjan to fall on the truck. AsNiranjan falls on the vegetable truck, Shekhar runs tothe other side of the over pass crossing the road andjumps on to the road below. He lands exactly on thevegetable truck below that just passed underneath theover pass. Shekhar looks at Niranjan and cuffs his hands.Hearing the sound above, the truck driver pulls the truckover. One after the other, police vehicles round up thearea and Niranjan is taken in to custody. Birds eye viewshot.

Car increases speed. A quarry truck over takes the 18wheeler and the mini truck from the right lane of thehighway and catches up with the police car in the front.Police men from the car try to see who is in the truck. Aman sitting in the passenger seat of the truck waves atthem with a smile and suddenly the quarry truck hits thecar from the side. Police car almost goes off road butgets back on the road. Shekhar is watching the quarrytruck hitting the car and is not happy. He holdsNiranjan's shirt with both his hands and shouts out loud.

Before he could finish, 18 wheeler from behind rams in tothe mini truck again and Shekhar falls back. The policecar in the front is now speeding up to avoid the quarrytruck and the truck is trying to catch up with the car.Quarry truck tries to ram into the car again and in theprocess it hits the back wheel of the car making it toturn side ways and the car flips multiple times in themiddle of the road. Shekhar can not believe what ishappening. Police car is still flipping and before itcould stop, the quarry truck rams in to it at the middlewith full speed making the car to bounce like a ball.Quarry truck eventually runs over the crushed car. Thedriver of the Mini truck reacts instantly and avoidscrashing in to the police car. He swirls to the rightlane and barely misses the car. But, the 18 wheelerbehind crushes the police car further by running all its18 wheels over the vehicle. The remains of the Police carlook like chopped lumps of metal on the highway.

The mini truck is now between the quarry truck and the 18wheeler. Having no option, Shekhar takes out his gun andstarts shooting at the truck behind him. Suddenly, thequarry truck slams on its brakes and the mini truck ramsin to the quarry truck unable to control. This impactthrows Shekhar to the front of the mini truck. He hitshard and looses his gun in the impact. He gets hurt onthe elbows. Niranjan starts to panic. He gets a cut onhis fore head. Driver of the Mini truck is bleeding fromthe head. As soon as the mini truck slams in to thequarry truck, the 18 wheeler from behind rams in to the

mini truck with full speed. This impact almost crushesthe mini truck in to half and Shekhar is thrown back onto the mangled metal hurting his face. He is almost onthe hood of the 18 wheeler at this point. He could seethe driver of the 18 wheeler eye to eye. The quarry truckkeeps moving and the 18 wheeler keeps pushing the minitruck from behind. The mini truck is sandwiched betweenthe trucks and is being dragged on the highway. Shekhar'sleg gets stuck between the mangled seats and is tryinghard to free himself. A few kilometers down, the truckstop and the quarry truck launches forward out of theway. Shekhar and Niranjan don't understand what ishappening as they can't see outside. The 18 wheelershifts gears and starts pushing the mini truck. Shekharis still struggling to free himself.

SCENE-154.EXT.BRIDGE.DAY

A top view reveals that the mini truck is at the edge ofa bridge. 18 wheeler pulls back and the quarry trucklaunches with full speed and hits the mini truck pushingit in to the water below. Mini truck falls 100 feet downin to the flowing river. It sinks quickly as it's beingdrifted. 4 men from the trucks get down with machine gunsand start shooting at the sinking truck.

SCENE-155.INT.RIVER.DAY

Bullets are shot through the water. Shekhar hides behindthe seats and Niranjan tries to take a breath in thelittle pocket of air at the top of the truck. Mini Truckdriver is dead.


They empty their magazines.


Bullets stop. But the truck is rapidly sinking. NiranjanPanics.


Men on the bridge analize the situation. They see no signof movement in the water. They start running down to theriver bank from either side of the bridge with guns inhand.


Truck is completely under water with no pocket of air.Niranjan takes a deep breath before sinking in. Shekharuses all his strength and flips over the mangled seatsand frees himself. He quickly swims towards Niranjan andrealizes that Niranjan is cuffed to the seat. He checkshis pockets but there is no sign of the key. He startssearching for the key. Niranjan is terrified.

SCENE-160.EXT.BELOW BRIDGE.DAY

Men with guns approach the river bank on either sides ofthe river.


Shekhar is still searching for the key. Niranjan isalmost out of breath. He is taking his last few breaths.Shekhar finds the key stuck in a crevice of the truck. Hesearches for a thin metal piece and finds a wire. he usesit to pull the key out of the crevice. He picks up thekey and gets back to Niranjan. Niranjan is already passedout. Shekhar realizes the urgency of the situation andquickly opens the cuffs and pulls him from the wreckageand out of the mini truck. He observes men on the riverbank and drags Niranjan down stream in to a river bendand pulls him to the surface. Niranjan is unconscious.Shekhar drags him to the shore. He starts pumpingNiranjan's chest in order to revive him. After strugglingfor several minutes Niranjan finally comes back to lifecoughing out all the water. Shekhar grabs his shirtimmediately and pulls him on his feet and starts runningdown stream.


One of the men approaches the Squadron leader and informshim that the crane is 30 mins away.

Niranjan is tired from running and collapses taking deepbreaths. Shekhar is ahead of him.

Shekhar pulls him behind adrum. 15 armored men with T-20 machine guns storm thevillage shooting randomly searching for Shekhar andNiranjan. Villagers are killed. Shekhar devices asurprise attack to disarm and kill all of theperpetrators after an elaborate shooting sequence. Hecaptures the squadron leader at gun point. He picks outthe man's phone and asks him to call his boss.

Yadav is on a head set and typing on a computer. The bigscreen on the wall is routing through various cell phonetowers in the country. At every tower, the screen zoomsin for a city size view. The connection stops at a towernear Kristnapatnam Port in Andhra Pradesh. Map zooms into the port and further to a red dot that is moving. Thescreen slowly turns in to a satellite image and in to alive shot of the satellite. The live shot is following aman indicating that it's his cell phone.

Theme music begins... Shekhar puts the phone down andstarts garbing guns, ammunition and binoculars from thefallen men. He dials again.

Starting interludes of the theme music on the sunriseshot overlooking the massive port. Shekhar and Niranjanare looking through two binocular's stolen from the menat the village. Shekhar is packed with guns andammunition also stolen from the same men. An Ariel shotreveals that they are camped on top of the tallest craneoverlooking the entire port. The Ship is heavily guarded with armed men. Lastcontainer is loaded and men on board are trying to hurryup the process. They are running around frantically.Shekhar and Niranjan sneak their way deep in to the ship.They walk through multiple walk ways, doors, down severalstairs hiding from the armed men and reach dark cornersof the ship. Their movement is captured on the CCcamera's attached at every nook and corner of the shipand is being displayed on multiple screens on thecaptains deck. after searching for a while they areslowly realizing the fact that the server might not havebeen here.

They are taken to the oil rig and tied to oil tanks.George's men take palm sized magnetic detonators andstick them at various locations. Each detonator has atimer and all are set to 10 minutes. They pull up anequipment using the cranes on the rig. Once the equipmentreaches to the deck level George speaks.

Shekhar spots a pipe with valve's and knobs. "Highpressure pipe" is written on it. He takes Niranjan's helpand twists the pipe in the direction of the ship. He thendirects everyone to collect the bombs.

They collect all the bombs. Shekhar rests himself on aback support holding the pressurized pipe with his bothhand.

Shekhar uses all his energy and bends the pipe in theupward direction to give an extra push and air time.Niranjan puts another bomb in it and waits for Shekhar.

Niranjan releases the bomb and it flies off. Swathitracks the bomb thru the scope and the bomb sticks to theside of the ship.

Time on the bombs is less than 30 seconds. They rushthings and shoot out almost all the bombs out on to theship. The last bomb is less than 10 seconds before theyshoot it out. Swathi confirms all bombs to be on theship. They wait on the rig waiting for the bombs to gooff.

George is on the bridge of the ship and checking hiswatch for the count down.

Boom!!! multiple bombs blow up at different parts of theship. The ship is badly damaged with a huge hole on theside but it's still floating. Shekhar and party aredisappointed. They see fire and smoke coming out of theship but they expected a lot more than this. This willnot kill George. The material inside the ship catchesfire and BHAM!!! a huge explosion lifts the ship abovewater and splits it in to two half's and the entire shipis on fire and blown in to pieces. the explosion is sohuge that Shekhar and party take cover and the oil rigshakes.
