If qualified for the job and not hired, take it to the top of management.
Remain Positive and Professional
• A positive and professional person is more likely to succeed than a person who gets upset and handles matters unprofessionally.
• If not hired, due to racism, remain positive and professional. Go back and ask questions, remain persistent.

have things to do after school.Teach children how to save and invest their money.Bring in interesting speakers to motivate kids to stay in school.Fundraise for schools to have better supplies.Bring the attention of how bad the schools are to the public.
Educate Others (Especially Children)
• Teach them the significance of treating everyone equally.
• Do not shelter them, allow them to see how different people live.
• Try to discourage any social stigmas concerning different ethnic groups.
• Hold seminars or conversations that teach not only children but their parents how to react to different minority groups.
