Main Technical Features

1. Environment adaptability: Working temperature between -40°C (-72°F) and 85°C (153°F), can operate within the altitude of 1000m and in sand storm (the function is only available with optional components);

2. Operation mechanism: Luffing time, 2 minutes; main hoisting speed 140m/min; slewing speed, 1.85r/min; travel speed, 1.3km/h;

Superworks

■ Engine Cummins QSM11 Tier 3 diesel engine with rated power of 298kW (400 hp)/1800 rpm and rated torque output 1898N•m/1400 rpm. Cummins QSM11 Tier 4 diesel engine is optional.

Engine block heater (120V), intake manifold grid heaters, high silencing muffler, radiator and fan. It has a distributor box (1 splitting to 3) and hydraulic pumps.

Two 12 volt maintenance-free batteries, 1400 CCA at -18°C (0°F), 24 volt system and 100 amp alternator.

One 1050L diesel fuel tank.

Engine monitoring displays the water temperature, fuel level, engine hours, oil pressure, engine speed, charging status of battery, and voltage.

■ Control System

Advanced SYMC (Sany Motion Controller), rated capacity limiter (RCL) and CCTV (Closed Circuit TV) monitoring system are used. The RCL display (8.4″), CCTV display (7″), integrated instrument display (8″), etc., is readily visible to the operator. CAN bus is used to transfer data among the controllers, displays, operating handles, engine and RCL.

■ Control Operation

Sany proprietary RCL detects load weight, boom angle, rated load, working radius, tip height, etc. Composition: 8.4″ screen display, basic machine, angle sensor, pull sensor.

Camera monitors present operating conditions, operating parameters of all monitored spots and alarming;

Three operation joysticks are located on the left and right pods with functions switched by pressing the buttons on them and displayed in real time on the monitor screen of the instrument panel.

Three-color light on top of the cab describe capacity by different colors: Green for 0-90% rated load; Yellow for 90-100% rated load; Red for over 100% rated load.

CCTV Monitoring System: The operator can monitor conditions of all winches and surroundings. Five cameras in total: 2 on the rear of rotating bed, 1 for luffing and jib luffing winches, 1 for main hoist winch and 1 for auxiliary hoist winch.

Fault Diagnosis Support System: The operator can use this system to find the fault code and use it to find out the exact fault.

Data Recorder: It records all the operation and equipment running data.

Swing & Travel Alarm: It provides audio and visual alarm during swing & travel.

Emergency Stop Button: Under emergency, press down the button to set brake to the hoisting, luffing, slewing and traveling actions and stop the engine.

■ Alarm

All the alerting information including wind speed, water temperature, oil temperature, oil volume, oil pressure, working hour, engine revolution will be displayed on the monitors inside cab.

■ Hydraulic System

The hydraulic system includes: hoisting system, travel system, swing system, luff ing system, backstay system, cooling system, auxiliary hydraulic

Open loop circuit for main system and close loop circuit for swing system. Automatic load centering function. Electric-over-hydraulic control components are used. Micro-motion control available. Three 800L oil return filters with multiple pressure alarm, filter plugging alarm, and counterbalance valve for each open circuit motor. 850L hydraulic reservoir with two 120-volt, 1.5kw heaters.

Oil-pneumatic cylinders for backstay; compression extent in proportion to backstay force; maximum backstay force for main boom is 41t and maximum backstay force for front strut of luffing jib is 31t.

■ Main and Aux. Hoist Drums (W1 & W2) The displacement hydraulic motor drives the planet gear speed reducer to raise and lower the load.

The winch speed is infinitely adjustable between 0-140 m/min. Has superior micro-motion control; control on rope cross-over ensures smooth multi-layer winding of ropes, and the reducer is built-in to save space, boasting low noise, high efficiency, and long life.

■ Luffing Mechanism Boom hoist and jib luffing with control on cross-over, Built-in reducer, closed circuit, switch-over valve for power supply for compound actions; infinite adjustable control to ensure sound micro-motion.

■ Swing Mechanism Swing is driven by a single motor with large displacement and planetary gear reducer, automatic load centering and 360°rotation. The maximum swing speed is 1.85rev/min.

Handle in neutral position with zero speed engage the brake and lock swing; also available through rocker switch.

A swing brake release pedal allows the crane to swing when centering over the load.

The rotating bed is mounted on a triple-row roller bearing turntable.

■ Ultra Cab All-enclosed steel frame structure; reinforced glass is installed at the front and back; GE structural plates are installed on the top, providing good light transmission, high strength and high abrasion resistance, and low indoor noise (below 85dB).

Inside the cab are installed the control device, detection instruments, fire extinguisher and alarm device, and CCTV monitoring system, etc. One 24V USB port, Ergonomic design, Broad view with maximum elevation of 25°.

High-strength steel tube and plates for booms and supporting attachments; sheaves on top of boom are cast iron structure, sheaves on top of jib are plastic. ■ Anti-Two Block (ATB)When the boom and jib reach a certain angle, the corresponding limit switch gets actuated to make the buzzer give alarms; meanwhile, the boom or jib stops lifting. Only lowering is allowed.

■ 3-Wrap ProtectionWhen only three reels are left on the drum, the wire rope detector gives signals to stop lowering of the hook and alert through buzzer and display within the cab.

■ Assembly/Working Mode SwitchTwo modes, assembly and working mode, are available to the crane.

■ Boom LimitWhen boom and jib reaches maximum allowed angle, corresponding limit switches will be activated to alert through buzzer, stop boom movement.
