Graham Family Scaddan Primary wishes Oskar and Ted a fantastic time at their new school! We also thank Jake and Clara for all their contributions to the school. Clara has been a tremendous and knowledgeable asset to the School Council. Last Day Today our students have enjoyed lots of fun activities. A movie, shared lunch, Colour Run, sponge fight and a visit from a special guest! Photos of this day will be in the first newsletter next year! We have some amazing photos. Staffing- Hellos and Goodbyes Notification was sent home last week announcing Hollie Shoobert as the new Junior Room Teacher. Hollie will be a fantastic asset to our school and her knowledge and skills will complement those already contained within the school. Welcome! Mr Ross Tamlin, currently Deputy Principal at Esperance Primary School, will take on the Principal position during Term 1 while the process is undertaken to find the substantive applicant to commence in Term 2. His experience and knowledge will be of great benefit to our school.

Scaddan wishes Mrs Guest a fantastic year in South Australia with her husband, Damen. Mrs Guest has had a massive impact on our school over the 6 years she has been part of our community, specifically the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden. Thank you for all your hard work, Mrs Guest! You will be missed. With my time at Scaddan coming to a close, I would once again like to thank all the students, staff, parents and community who have been supportive of me during my two years in the Principal position. I have learnt so much while in the position and will always look back on my time at Scaddan Primary School with fond memories. I hope everyone had a successful harvest and have a safe and happy holidays!

Kind regards,

Reece Smith l Principal
