SCADA Projects (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition)

Roger initiated by identifying stakeholders, subject matter experts, & developing a project charter with feasibility proformas. He planned the project scope, requirements, WBS, RAM, schedule, HR, budget, and risk management with responses. He obtained project approval, with change management mechanisms. He executed training with engineering subject matter expert participation and leadership for the water purification systems, and started project work while team building & monitoring scope, time, cost, & quality constraints. He controlled schedules, & procurements within allowable variances while engaging stakeholders. Roger delivered these water purification systems, within budget and quality constraints. Finally, Roger closed these projects with logged lessons learned and celebrating with the project team for rewards and recognitions.
