To Whom It May Concern:

I highly recommend Sue Bauer for the position for which she is applying.  I have been fortunate to supervise Sue from March to May of the 2014-2015 school year, at Merrill Elementary School.  Ms. Bauer was an educational paraprofessional practicum student in my third grade classroom.

Sue exhibited a sense of humor, patience, flexibility and a positive attitude.  She quickly established rapport with students and staff.  Due to the nature of the position, communication with staff was essential. I received many positive comments regarding Sue’s communication skills.  Ms. Bauer’s worked with third grade students in small groups or in a one-on-one situations assisting with tasks in all the content areas.  She also worked in a Kindergarten classroom, as well as two first grade classrooms assisting students with reading.  

Sue also had the ability to manage all kinds of clerical tasks efficiently; computer skills, making copies, data entry, spreadsheets, and sorting papers.  I am very impressed with Sue’s organizational skills. She has the ability to organize her time efficiently and is self-motivated.
