- Eraifjan Housing Project, Kuwait is a new residential city of a total area of 35km2. The city include 11000 residential unit for Kuwaiti citizens, each unit of 750m2 area, includes all entertainment, educational and health facilities.

- Multistory Car Park at downtown, Sharq - Kuwait, Project consistof 2 Nos. basements, ground floor and 4 typical floors having 7,200m2 area for each level.

- New Friday Market in Al Rai area of Kuwait. The concept provides some 2,500 "bastah" or market stalls, over total plot area 140,000 m2.
