• Plant capacity = 18,000m3/d AADF• 6 separate streams of 3,000m3/d to cater for increasing
flow profile over time• Denitrification requirement (<30mg/L TN)• Stabilised sludge requirement• Nahkeel requirements
• Aesthetic, preferably ‘unseen’ plant• Minimised footprint• No odour or Noise• Minimised sludge production• Low operator requirements• Very high effluent quality for recycling onto parks
and gardens• Fire-fighting water make-up
• Underground MBR Installation

• The MBR plant will be retro-fitted on an existing plant to increase it capacity by 4-fold, to cater to the recent expansion in the surrounding area. The plant is located next to the local school, and is also required to improve the effluent quality, to meet the more recent stringent rules and regulations.
• Upgrade of existing extended aeration plant from 3,000m3 -> 12,000m3/d
