When providing your logo, please ensure that it’s the best quality file that you own. It will make iteasier for our team to process and will result in a better quality graphic.

The following list details the most to least desirable file types and file extensions for your logo, withmost desireable listed first:

Vector file (.eps / .ai / .pdf / .cdr) High Resolution Transparent file (.png / .psd / .pdf ) High Resolution Image file (.jpeg / .jpg / .png / .tif )

Note: .gif and .bmp files are very usually very poor quality and will most likely not be usable.

Branding

In order to keep your company’s branding consistent, please provide us with as many reference materials as you can. This will help us understand how you typically present your company:

Website URL (corporate sites / blogs / etc.) Print materials (business cards / flyers / etc.) Color codes (HEX / RGB / CMYK) Logo usage (placement / white space requirements / treatment restrictions / etc.)

Photograph

Choosing the right image is important to the presentation of your SavvyCard®. Please follow theseguidelines to achieve the most effective results:

High Resolution Photo (Make sure the person in the photo is at least 600 pixels tall) Not having both sides cropped (Make sure at least one side of your body - including your head, hair, shoulders, arms and torso - is fully visible and not “cut off” by the edge of the photo.) Good contrast between yourself and the background (If your image is blended with the background, it’ll be impossible to keep details like the natural edges of your hair) Body Length (The ideal photo is one of you from your hips or waist up)

The more information we gather from you to create your customized background artwork, the faster we achieve your perfect design! Please tell us as much as you can about what you envision.
