TO INSTALL/REMOVE RAZOR BLADES:Place scraper on a flat, non-magnetic surface, and extendscraper past the end of flat surfaceso the blade can be held as shown.Use thumbscrews to loosen forremoval or tighten to install blades.No need to remove aluminum barsholding razor blades in place.Loosen thumb screws just enoughto slip the razor blade in place asshown.

MAKE SURE THUMB SCREWS ARETIGHTENED DOWN ALL THE WAYAND BLADES ARE SECURE,USING PLIERS IF NECESSARY.

ATTACHING SAFETY CHAIN TO THE JIFFYLOC POLE:

The handle is designed to work EXCLUSIVELY with the

“Jiffyloc” extension pole, which uses a positive quick

connect/disconnect system, making use of the

“Really EZ Magnetic Duct Scraper” a

SNAP!We have specifically designed a chain from the “Jiffyloc”

pole to the “Really EZ Magnetic Duct Scraper” which will

perform a dual function – first for safety and second for

retrieval if pole separates from scraper

-Loosen the (2) phillips-head screws from the female threaded top portion of the pole andunscrew it-Attach chain onto split ring and slip ring over male thread section pf pole as shown-Replace the female threaded top portion of the pole onto the male threaded portion, screw itdown to the base by hand, and tighten the (2) phillips-head screws-See Figure 6, next page, for connecting opposite ends of chain to the scraper

Before every use, make sure that all of the machined bolts and screws are secured tightly on the Jiffyloc pole and on the Really EZ Magnetic Duct Scraper

make certain there is nobody below the duct.
