All registered Iberville Parish Cloverbuds (grades 1st—3rd) are
invited to experience the Christmas spirit at the 4-H Office on
Saturday, December 14 from 9a.m.-12p.m. Participants will enjoy
listening to Christmas music while creating Christmas crafts. There
will also be a “Surprise Special Friend” visiting. Refreshments will be
served.
This event is FREE, but limited to only 25 members! Space is
limited, please call 225.687.5155 to place your child’s name on the
list. Registration Deadline: Friday, December 6.
4-H Cloverbud Christmas Workshop
4-H’ers throughout the State of Louisiana are invited attend
an NBA game. 4-H Night with the Pelicans is scheduled for
Friday, February 7, 2014. The Pelicans will take on the
Timberwolves at 8:30p.m.
Tickets will be $22. Tickets can be purchased online at
www.pelicans.com/groups/ticketpass. The code is 4H.
Deadline to purchase is Wednesday, January 22, 2014.
Participants are responsible for their own transportation to
and from this event.
4-H Night with the Pelicans
Iberville Parish Jr. Leadership Club Members will celebrate the
holiday season at the 4-H Office on Friday, December 6 from 7p.m.–
10p.m.! Bring a sweater or shirt, and get your tacky on! All Jr.
Leaders are required to bring one shirt or sweater to decorate at the
party for tacky Christmas festivities! The Jr. Leaders will also enjoy
movie night and pizza! RSVP to the 4-H Office (225.687.5155) by
Thursday, December 5.

Art Extravaganza & Photo Contest
The Iberville Parish 4-H Program
hosted the 4-H Art Extravaganza
on Tuesday, November 26, from
9a.m.– 12p.m.
4-H’ers learned about the
elements of design as they
created Louisiana agriCULTURE
themed paintings, mosaic stepping stones for the community
garden, and planted strawberries!
4-H’ers practiced their creative, leadership, communication
and team building skills to accomplish the art/design
challenges at this event!

H’ers will use all funds raised
to purchase and assemble
