• Same steps as Direct Install

• You are eligible if: 1. Pay own electric bill

2. Use no more than 30,000 kWh/yr

3. 12 months into a long-term lease

(min. 24 mos.) and provide lease copy


Existing Building-Your Installer

• Replace aging, inefficient equipment/systems with energy efficient technologies

• Cover up to 60% of the cost to install qualified energy efficiency upgrades, with a cap of $150,000

• How to Get Started: 1. Select appropriate incentive application for your project 2. Complete & submit application/documentation 3. Obtain project pre-approval – including pre-install inspection 4. Complete work within 12 months of pre-approval. 5. Submit final invoices/documentation when install is complete 6. Post- installation inspection & payment
