sector diagnostic facility situated in Sonepat – a northern suburb of Delhi,

• Satyakiran Engineers Pvt Ltd.: From a humble beginning in 1990, the company has acquired reputation par

excellence in testing and inspection services. The company is rated amongst the top in the country for offering ASNT Level – III services in eight NDT methods

A. THIRD PARTY TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL INSPECTIONS:

1. Pre-Shipment Inspections ("Third Party")

Pre-Shipment Inspections (“Third Party”) are created to ensure that the materials are

properly packaged, marked and palletized for shipment; always verifying that the

documents are complete and correspond with the goods being sent. Satyakiran

Engineers (P) Ltd. shall provide a written report on each inspection done to support

all details about the cargo. Clients may request pre-shipment inspections by asking

their supplier to allow an Independent Surveyor Company to conduct an inspection at

the supplier's site.

� Shipping Documentation: We verify the materials being shipped with the shipping documentation.

� Product Verification For the client’s protection, the quantity of each item number, part number, or

product code can be verified to help avoid shortage claims or claims that lower-

priced items were shipped instead of the higher-priced items requested.

� Packing Inspection Any claims for damage or breakage may arise and your customer or the freight

carrier may assert that the goods were inadequately packed. Satyakiran Engineers

can verify the packaging of the goods shipped. Blocking and bracing of the

shipment will be documented if the shipment is containerized or shipped via

trailer.

� Shipment Condition Visual inspections are performed to check for damage, and report on the overall

condition of the shipment.

� Photography Photographs are taken to prove all the findings on the inspection report. These can

provide important information in the event of any discrepancies. By comparing

the photographs taken during the pre-shipment inspection with those taken at the

destination can provide accurate information about how the shipment was

handled, reasons for damage, and it may help us find ways we can change to

prevent damages. Photographs may also be provided so that you can monitor the

fabrication or assembly progress.

� Witness Of The Loading Process

If your shipment requires loading a container or a trailer, we recommend that the

inspector follows the materials through the loading process. At the end, the

inspector can confirm the process with the application of a seal to the container or

trailer.

2. Source Inspections

Satyakiran Engineers (P) Ltd. provides a variety of services including Monitoring,

Expediting, Dimensional Inspections, Non Destructive Examination, In-Process

Inspections, Laboratory Analysis, Sample Collection, Final Inspections, Photography,

and issuance of Certificates of Inspection. Our inspectors are available to travel to any

destination you require.

� Monitoring We monitor tests and testing procedures at the fabricator’s place of business. We

also monitor the fabrication process of equipment and products and report on the

progress.

� Expediting In a fabrication process there are many things that can interfere with the time of

delivery. It is very critical for businesses to have on-time delivery. Our Expediting

Department will contact vendors until the project is complete and verify

transportation arrangements in order to prevent any critical delays.

� Non-Destructive Examination

Our inspectors are experienced in reading NDT results. We witness a number of

testing including visual inspections, liquid penetrate, magnetic particle, and

ultrasonic testing.

� Dimensional Inspection

Our inspectors are experienced in taking precision measurements and working

with numerous types of measuring instruments and gauges. Satyakiran inspectors

are able to check surface hardness, surface smoothness, and the thickness of

coatings.

� In-Process Inspection

Our inspectors can follow the goods that are in process by supervising the whole

process.

� Sample Collection

Our inspectors will adequately pack all samples to ensure the safe arrival at its

destination. If at any point during the inspection process laboratory analysis is

required, we can use private laboratories to get the desired information.

� Final Inspections

We can perform Final Inspections by visually verifying that the fabricated and/or

assembled goods are in conformance with the client’s requirements.

� Certificates of Inspections We will be able to issue "Certificates of Inspection" (quantity/quality/…) when

requested or where appropriate. We can also assist in obtaining "Certificates of

Compliance" from the suppliers.

3. Commercial Inspections

Satyakiran Engineers (P) Ltd. is prepared to serve an extensive market, a variety of

sectors through the global community.

We cover a variety of fields including agricultural, chemical, consumer products, food

safety, whether raw, semi-finished or finished products commodities. Iron and steel

sector along with other metal inspections is our core strength area.

4. Weld Inspections

The majority of larger clients employs welding inspectors on a full time basis but require

from time to time during larger pipeline or plant construction qualified welding

inspectors. The inspectors of Satyakiran Engineers (P) Ltd. are qualified and the services

they provide on site are numerous, ensuring contractual specifications are adhered to,

welder qualification tests, producing welding procedures, interpretation of X or Gamma

ray radiographs, monitoring welding on pipeline barges and various other tasks.

Satyakiran has a large selection of qualified inspectors who are at our client’s disposal

during the phases of new construction, maintenance and shutdown projects. We provide a

comprehensive range of specialist Engineers to the oil and gas power and general

Industry.

5. NDT Level III Consultancy ; Inspections and Procedure approval services

Whenever any type of NDT is required on a shipping assignment, Satyakiran NDT Level

III.'s can help you feel secure that it is being performed correctly. Our personnel are

ready to travel worldwide to wherever your ship may by. We have qualified Level IIIs in

all NDT techniques, viz: Ultrasonic Testing, Radiographic Testing, Visual Testing, Leak

Testing, Eddy Current Testing, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Liquid Penetrant Testing,

and Acoustic Emission Testing. These personnel have over 15 years of Industrial

experience, are well traveled around the globe and are masters of their subject.

6. Electrical and Instrumentation Inspections

Satyakiran Inspectors can serve as your eyes and ears for these assignments. These

committed personnel ensure that you get from your suppliers, precisely what you had

ordered. Satyakiran offers graduate engineers in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics

and Communication Engineering for these jobs.

7. Coatings and Wrapping Inspections

Paint, coatings and rapping inspection has become a major part of any construction

project and to ensure satisfactory protection it is necessary to monitor all the stages of

painting, mixing and coating. Satyakiran provides painting and coat wrap inspectors to

various clients in order to achieve the control on contractor's quality. The items that

should be checked during any painting works are as follows: cleanliness, temperature,

humidity, dew point, roughness of surface mixing, thickness of layers and adhesion of

each layer, the correct colour and all painting defects, fisheyes etc. Satyakiran has

equipment required for inspection of coatings or wrappings such as:

CONSULTANCY (QMS / EMS)

We provide Consultancy for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IS 15000 (HACCP), ISO 18001

(OHAS), ISO/TS 16949, 5S , Six sigma & SA 8000. A brief description of the work

we do while implementing these systems are given below: -

ISO 9001: We provide consultancy for Quality Management System, ISO 9001:

2000. This includes establishing Quality policy and Quality objectives for the

organization. Preparation of Quality Manual, procedures and formats, its

implementation, conducting Internal Quality Audits so as to prepare for the

certification audit and conducting Management reviews along with trainings, form an

ISO 14001: Environmental Management System, ISO 14001 is focused in terms of
