The fine print:
* The membership amount will be loaded onto your account and all
purchases made will be credited until funds are depleted.
* Membership discounts will be applied at point of sale while there are still
sufficient funds on the account.
* You may top-up your account anytime by a minimum of 50% of the initial
top-up amount to keep your membership active.
* Discounts are only applicable to regular priced treatments or products
and may not be used in conjunction with other discounted offers, packages
or promotions.
* Membership is not transferable but may be used by others provided
permission given by the main member.
* The membership balance cannot be exchanged for cash.
* The membership balance must be used within 12 months upon activation.
Cancellations Policy: * As most of our treatments require time to prepare and your therapist is
booked out for your timeslot only, please give us a 24-hour notice should
you wish to cancel or reschedule.
* 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. For bookings not
confirmed with a payment 24 hours before the start of the treatment, we
reserve the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.
* Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
* Late arrivals will impact on the treatment duration. However, we will try
our best to ensure the quality of the treatment is not compromised.
