Welcome to... A Summer Squall 2013!These three fabulous festival days are already one of the highlights of theRamsgate year. A superb programme of free entertainment including music, theatre, dance, performance, installations, workshops, talks and muchmore, culminating in a parade of boats, sets the town alight. It makes us allfeel that bit happier! I’ll be starting at the harbour then exploring the manyother events around town.

Ramsgate is hugely indebted to the valiant band of volunteers working allyear round to make A Summer Squall possible and to the support ofRamsgate Town Council, Thanet District Council and the National Lotterythrough Arts Council England. So thank you to them, and to all of you, formaking the festival, and the town, such a great vibrant place to be!
