GENERAL INFORMATIONRegistration: Pick up your conference pack from the registration desk in the Entrance Hall, ACV, open from 0745 hrs on Saturday. Please wear your badge at all times.

Location of sessions: All sessions will be held in Austria Centre Vienna. Symposium sessions are held in Hall F, Level 0 and lunch, coffee and the reception will be held in the foyer of Hall F.

Internet access: Free wireless access is available throughout the venue: 1. Connect your device to the network “ACV”2. When connection is established open a browser and surf to your desired URL. You will get a landing page to access the

WiFi. 3. Click on “Connect to WiFi” where you will be redirected to your home page and where you will have access to the internet. Please note that if the internet is not used for 15 minutes, you will need to reconnect.

Guidebook App: The App contains details of the programme, the abstracts, the opportunity to set up your own ‘My Schedule’, and to reach out to other participants through the ‘Connect’ feature. The App can be accessed on laptops, tablets and smartphones. Go to www.guidebook.com to download the Guidebook App and search for AMEE 2019.
