Saturday 18th March 5pm to 10pm Villanova College, Sixth Ave, Coorparoo Issue No. 4 With just a few weeks until the 2017 Carnival, we still have two key vacancies for stall convenors that we are keen to fill as soon as possible. The vacant roles are the Indian Food Stall, and the Silent Auction. We are hoping to find new volunteers to take on these important roles. The following stalls are seeking donations and assistance. Stall Stall Conveners Requests Tombola Michelle Scully: [email protected] Nicole Buckley: [email protected] Attention: Middle School Families We need your help to collect 1200 tombola prizes to make this stall a success. Please leave all donations in the Tombola box in your class. Tips for Tombola Prize Bags r Use a zip lock sandwich size bag r Lollies and food must be wrapped r All items must be fresh / new r Any corporate donations appreciated Lollies/Chocolates: Lollipops, Redskins, Wizz Fizz, Sherbet, Fantales, Minties, Eclairs, Rainbow Candy, Zoink Chew Bars, Freddo Frogs, snack size chocolates (eg. Mars, Snickers, Cherry Ripes, Kit Kats) etc. Food: Snack size chips, Tiny Teddy / Scooby Doo biscuits, mini tetra pak drinks Stationery: Stickers, highlighter pens, pencils, gel pens, rubbers, notebooks, stamps etc. Novelty Items: Mini torch, key rings, mini playing cards, bouncy balls, stretch men, plastic insects, balloons, hair bands and accessories etc. Cake Stall Irene Tornatore: 0431 274 317 Debbie Isaak: 0408 728 910 Loretta Scaini-Clarke: 0432 905 455 Calling all Masterchefs, Donna Hay and Martha Stewart wannabes. If you are happy to make a donation – of ANY amount, please place your money in an envelope with your child’s name and ‘Greek Food Stall’ clearly written on the front and deliver to Vicki Lamb in the middle school office.
