O my Lord! You have bestowed so many graces upon me that I am unable to lift the heavy load of my gratitude.

म� आ तो गया �ँ ,मगर जानता �ँ , तेरे दर पे आने के क़ािबल नही ं�ँ।।

main aa to gaya hun, magar janata hun, tere dar pe ane ke kabil nahin hun I have come to You knowing very well that I am not worthy of coming to Your door.

जमाने की चाहत म� खुद को भुलाया, तेरा नाम हरिगज़ जुबां पै न लाया।

zamane ke chahat mein khuda ko bhulaya, tera naam haragiza zuban pai na laya My yearning for the world made me forget my real self, and my lips never uttered Your

name.

ख़तावार �ँ म�, गुनाहगार �ँ म�, तु�� मँुह िदखाने के कािबल नही ं�ँ।।

khatavar hun main, gunahagar hun main, tumhen munh dikhane ke kabil nahin hun I am an offender; I am a sinner; I am not worthy of showing my face to You.

तु�ी ंने अदा की मुझे िज़�गानी, मगर तेरी मिहमा म�ने न जानी।

tumhin ne ada ki mujhe zindagani, magar teri mahima maine na jani My Lord! I owe my life to you, but I am too ignorant to know anything about your

glory.

कज़�दार तेरी दया का �ँ इतना, िक क़ज़ा� चुकाने के क़ािबल नही ं�ँ।।

karazadar teri daya ka hun itana, ki karaza chukane ke kabil nahin hun I am so indebted to you for your mercy that I am unable to pay the debt.

ये माना िक दाता है तू कुल जहाँ का, मगर झोली आगे फैला दँू म� कैसे।

ye mana ki data hai tu kul jahan ka, magar jholi aage phaila dun main kaise I admit you are the Supreme Provider of the whole world, but how can I ask you for

anything?

जो पहले िदया वो भी कुछ कम नही ंहै, उसी को िनभाने के क़ािबल नही ं�ँ।।

jo pahale diya vo bhi kuchha kam nahin hai, usi ko nibhane ke kabil nahin hun You have already given me so much that I am not worthy of managing even that much.

तम�ा यही है िक िसर को झुका दँू, तेरा दीद इक बार िदल म� म� पा लँू ।

tamanna yahi hai ki sir ko jhuka dun, tera dida ika bar dila men main pa lun My only desire now is to bow my head and get a glimpse of your divine form at least

once in my heart.

िसवा िदल के टुकड़ो ंके ऐ मेरे दाता, कुछ भी चढ़ाने के क़ािबल नही ं�ँ।।

siva dil ke tukaron ke ai mere data, kuchha bhi charhane ke kabil nahin hun Oh, my Lord! Except for little pieces of my heart, I am not worthy of offering anything

Let us perform the aarati of the crest-jewel of rasik saints, Jagadguru Shree Kripaluji Maharaj.

गु�पद-नख-मिण-च��का प्रकाश, जाके उर बसे ताके मोह तम नाश। जाके माथ नाथ तव हाथ कर वास,

ताते होय माया मोह सब ही िनराश। पावे गित मित रित राधावर की, गावो िमिल आरती रिसकवर की

गावो गावो िमिल आरती रिसकवर की ॥ १॥

The divine light that shines forth from the nails of his lotus feet destroys the darkness of ignorance within the heart. The delusive power Maya, with all her attendants (anger, greed, hatred, envy, etc.) goes away greatly disappointed from the individual on whose head my beloved master has placed his hand of love and protection.

That most fortunate individual thereby attains the abode, knowledge and love of Shree Krishna, the beloved of Radha Rani.

अरे मन मूढ़! छाँड़ु नारी नर हाथ,

गु� िबनु ब्र� �ाम�ँ न द�गे साथ। कोमल कृपालु बड़े कृपािस�ु नाथ, पाके इ�� आज तू अनाथ हो सनाथ।

इ�ी ंके अधीन कृपा िग�रधर की, गावो िमिल आरती रिसकवर की गावो गावो िमिल आरती रिसकवर की ॥ २॥

O my foolish mind! Do not place your faith in this world and its people. Seek shelter at the Guru’s lotus feet. Even Shree Krishna will not help you until you have surrendered to a Guru. Shree Kripalu Mahaprabhu is the ocean of divine love and grace. Why don’t you, a helpless orphan, put an end to your pitiable condition by surrendering to such a merciful master? Even Shree Krishna’s grace is dependent on the Guru’s grace.

�ामा �ाम नाम �प लीला गुण धाम, बाँिट रहे पे्रम िन�ाम िबनु दाम।

The veritable descension of devotional nectar, Shree Kripalu Mahaprabhu, effectively reconciles the apparent contradictions contained in all the Scriptures. He freely distributes the names, attributes, forms, abodes, pastimes and selfless love of Shree Radha-Krishna......thereby inspiring people all over the world to lead a successful human life.

लली लाल लीला का सलोना सुिवलास, छाया िद� �ि� िबच पे्रम का प्रकाश।

वेसा ही िवनोद वही मंजु मृदु हास, कर� बस बरबस उ� अ�हास।

झिूम चल� चाल वही नटवर की, गावो िमिल आरती रिसकवर की गावो गावो िमिल आरती रिसकवर की ॥ ४॥

Looking at him, one cannot help thinking that Radha and Krishna have together assumed this form of his in order to grace devotees. Shining with divinity, his eyes are always filled with love and grace. His humor is divine, as is his gentle and beautiful smile. His hearty laughter forcibly steals the heart.

His intoxicating gait immediately reminds one of the mischievous Krishna. Let us all perform his aarati.

आरित प्रीतम �ारी की, िक बनवारी, नथवारी की। aarati pritama pyari ki, ki banavari nathavari ki

Let us perform aarati of our lords, beloved Shree Krishna and the supremely beautiful Radha Rani.

दु�ँन िसर कनक मुकुट झलकै, दु�ँन शु्रित कु�ल भल हलकै,

दु�ँन �ग पे्रम-सुधा छलकै, चसीले बैन, रसीले नैन, गँसीले सैन,

दु�ँन मैनन मनहारी की, िक बनवारी, नथवारी की॥ १॥

duhuna sira kanaka-mukuta jhalakai, duhuna shruti kundala bhala halakai, duhuna driga prema-sudha chhalakai,

chasile baina, rasile naina, gasile saina, duhuna mainana manahaari ki, ki banavaari nathavaari ki

aarati pritama pyari ki, ki banavari nathavari ki Their heads are adorned with glittering golden crowns and their ears, with beautiful earrings that sway back and forth. The sweet nectar of divine love is flowing from their eyes.

They both have extremely sweet and melodious voices. Their eyes are overflowing with nectar. Their piercing glances injure the heart, and their beauty attracts even the heart of Kamdev (celestial god of beauty).

दु�ँन �ग िचतविन पर वारी, दु�ँन लट लटकिन छिव �ारी, दु�ँन भौ ंमटकिन अित �ारी,

रसन मुख पान, हँसन मुसकान, दसन दमकान,

duhunni driga-chitavani para vaari, duhunni lata-latakani chhavi nyaari, duhunni bhaun-matakani ati pyaari,

rasana mukha paana, hansana musakana, dasana damakan, duhuna besara chhavi nyaariki, ki banavari nathavari ki

aarati pritama pyari ki, ki banavari nathavari ki

I sacrifice myself upon the charming way they look at one another. The beauty of their curly hair is beyond description. The movement of their eyebrows is bewitching.

Their lips are pink with the juice of betel leaves. Their captivating smile, the brightness of their teeth and the elegance of their nose-pearls, are adding an extraordinary charm to their unparalleled beauty.

एक उर पीता�र फहरै, एक उर नीला�र लहरै,

दु�ँन उर लर-मोितन छहरै, कंकनन खनक, िकंिकिनक झनक, नूपु�न भनक,

दु�ँन �नझुन धुिन �ारी की, िक बनवारी, नथवारी की ॥ ३॥

eka ura pitaambara phaharai, Eka ura nilaambara laharai,

duhuna ura lara-motina chhaharai, kankanana khanaka, kinkinina jhanaka, nupurana bhanaka,

duhuna runa jhuna dhuni pyari ki, ki banavaari nathavaari ki aarati pritama pyari ki, ki banavari nathavari ki

A yellow silky shawl is swaying gently on the shoulders of Shree Krishna, and a blue sari is embracing the divine body of Shree Radha. Both are wearing beautiful pearl necklaces.

The jingling of their bracelets and waistchains, and the tinkling of their anklets, is producing an enchanting sound that forcibly steals the heart.

एक िसर मोर मुकुट राजै, एक िसर चून�र-छिव छाजै,

दु�ँन िसर ितरछे भल भ्राजै, संग ब्रज-बाल लािड़ली-लाल, बाँह गल डाल,

‘कृपालुʼ दु�ँन �ग चारी की, िक बनवारी, नथवारी की ॥ ४॥

eka sir mor-mukuta rajai, eka sira chunari-chhavi chhajai,

duhuna sira tirachhe bhala bhrajai, sanga braja bala, larili lala, banha gala dala,

'Kripalu' duhunna driga chari ki, ki banavari nathavari ki aarati pritama pyari ki, ki banavari nathavari ki

The crown of peacock-feathers adorning Shree Krishna’s head is exquisite, as is the ‘chunari’ adorning Shree Radha Rani’s head. Words fail to describe the glory of the gentle and enchanting slant of their heads towards one another.

In this way, Radha and Krishna are standing with arms around each other, surrounded by the gopis. Says Shree ‘Kripalu’, “They appear even more beautiful as they gaze lovingly into each other’s eyes.”
