    Dialogue with your Coast Guard Leaders Training Room # 1 & 2Question and answer time: Pertinent to only the Active Duty. The restructuring. How does the Coast Guard perceive the Auxiliary as

    a professional part of Team Coast Guard - (openness and frankness is key here!) Why do the Coast Guardsmen not correct Auxiliarists

    or at minimum notify the Auxiliary leaders of inappropriate behavior/uniform, etc? If we are to guide our members, the Auxiliary leaders

    need honest and quick feed back from the Coast Guard! How can the Auxiliary in all areas of the Southern Area, best help the CoastGuard? This is a chance to ask all leaders, pertinent questions. Questions are not limited to the
