    &eme:Pasion

Passion is the element you need when faced with problems that

seem to overwhelming. It is passion that drives you, and passion that

reminds you there is a solution.

    nd so)d we ...

When one has something important to tell the world, it is criminal

to waste ones energies on other occupations - Sated

A leader without passion is ultimately a leader without followers. Regardless ofthe field or the bredth of the passion, it is something every leader must have.

A leader shares passion for their team, their vision and their goal. Passionprovides direction and a way to justify your actions to yourself and to others.

Passion is what makes leadership the most amazing thing to drive everyoneslife differently.

    &eme:Knowled*

Knowledge is that which you can rely on when you lose your way in

the face of adversity. It also allows you to have confidence in

    yourself, and those around you.

Imagination is more important than knowledge ... Imagination

    encircles the world - Einstein

Without knowledge, without learning, without research or

understanding, a leader is little more than a farce. It is knowledge

    that underpins society.

Knowledge is not a skill, it is an attribute. It is acquired over time and is essential forany leader. No leader will know about everything and anything, but they will know about

    something.

The excellence of knowledge is required for a leader to solve complexity in

    modern society.

    &eme:Influence

Influence is knowing that you have earned peoples trust, and insight,

and knowing that people trust you makes everyone a better leader,

    and person.

You are responsible for the whole world - Havel

Influence is one of the most important - and dangerous - tools aleader has. Influential leaders must constantly question their

    motivations.

This is the job of a leader, to impart their influence upon their

followers. Not everyone is exactly the same, therefore achievements

can not be made without influencing others to follow you.

Influence is everywhere which makes everything unpredictable.

Thats what a leader should cautiously control.

    &eme:Humility

Humility is the element that gives you strength. When you have been

humbled, and understand those around you, you are in a much better

position to help, and lead them.

A pedestal is as much a prison as any small, confined space - Gloria

    Steinem

Humility is the ability to gain knowledge from others. Humility is the ability toput aside ideological purity in order to obtain the end goal. Humility is putting

aside pride in order to understand the people you lead.

Face it. You dont know everything, nor does the person next to you. You both

    need to realise that.

Humility sets rules for people living on the earth. It doesnt sound like

important, but it has impacts on everything. A good leader considers issues

related to humility to get better support.
