Sarah’s Secrets is a book like no other! This book

taps into the very motives of Christian women today. It

forces her to face fears and open her mind to an entirely new

perspective of submission. It is informative, yet entertaining,

with emotional twists and turns that will allow a diverse

spectrum of women to relate. The characters carry symbolic

Jamika Nicole Spencer

was born January 11,

1981 in Houston, Texas.

She goes by her middle

name Nicole because of

its Greek meaning

“Victory” and “People”.

She believes that there is a mandate on her life to assist people

in obtaining victory in their lives. At a very young age her

passion was to fight for people so that they could be all that

God destined for them to be. In elementary school, when she

saw injustice, she would fight with petitions and words of rally

for her fellow peers. She still carries this same passion today.

At the age of nineteen, while seeking her own des-

tiny, Nicole enlisted in the U.S. Army serving in S. Korea and

in the US. The army taught her structure and discipline while

revealing to her that there was no limit to what she could do.

While in Korea she had a deep spiritual redirection for her

life. After serving in the military, she went back to her home

town of Houston to study theology at the College of Biblical

Studies. She also studied Business at a local community col-

lege.

In 2004, Nicole started a Non-profit 501 ( c ) 3 by

the name of United Soul Seekers, Inc. The organization was

designed to unite churches, schools, and businesses to nurture

the mind, body and soul of the people in low income commu-

nities. Through this organization, she was able to provide life

skills training, basic needs, and mentorship programs in the

community of Houston’s South Park. She was also able to

help feed and clothe Katrina victims, create community

events, and give school supplies to over 300 youth. Evangel-

ism was the soul of this organization and Nicole was blessed to

see God bring over 200 people to Christ within the first year

of the project.

Nicole Spencer married in 2005 and gave birth to a

beautiful baby girl in 2006 and took a sabbatical from school

and work. After surviving a near-death experience in an abu-

sive marriage, Nicole was divorced from her husband. In No-

vember 2007, Nicole and her daughter relocated to the Dallas-

Fort Worth area to embark on a new career in Christian me-

dia. Despite the fact that she knew no one in the Dallas Fort

Worth area, armed with a passion for God and business she hit

the ground running. She began meeting with Pastors and com-

munity leaders to build relationships. Her next step was to

enlarge her circle of contacts and influence by working part time

as President of South Tarrant Chamber of Commerce.

Nicole Spencer moved to the City of Forest Hill, Texas

in 2008 and has been actively involved in the community by host-

ing political forums, working with business owners, and assisting

in the neighborhood watch program. She launched her business,

Christian Touch Media, in Forest Hill with a mission to provide

multiple outlets of media and marketing for the Christian com-

munity. Christian Touch Media provides new and used books,

gifts, and art. CTM also hosts events, creates marketing prod-

ucts, and publishes a monthly newsletter entitled Faith Tele-

gram. Nicole is the host of “On the Spot”, a local radio broad-

cast. On The Spot is a weekly round table panel, recorded in

front of a live studio audience, which covers controversial topics

rarely discussed among Christians. Recently, Nicole launched

Redeemed Platinum Wear, a Christian clothing line for men

women and children. Another passion project for Nicole is War

Call Records. Her goal for War Call Records is to create God-

inspired music with a message that will drastically change the

lives of this and coming generations.

Nicole’s dream remains alive of building her non-profit

corporation for developing unity among churches, businesses,

and schools. Creating a better quality of life in her community is

still a fervent passion. Her beginning vehicle for this project is

the City Wide Jubilee. It is an annual event hosted by Christian

Touch Media designed to unite churches for the purpose of evan-

gelism. In October 2009, the initial event was a success, with

over 20 people dedicating their lives to Christ and eight churches

coming together in unity. She looks forward to increasing that

number in 2010.

Nicole’s first book ,“Sarah’s Secrets”, is scheduled to be

released in 2010. It is the story of her journey of learning Godly

submission, which she passionately shares with others. In the

near future, She has plans to run for City Council in the City of

Forest Hill to better serve the people. She is now attending

school to obtain a BA in business and a Masters in Biblical Stud-

ies. Her only law for life is to love God and to love people the

way Christ has loved her. Nicole has determined that Fort Worth

is now her home and the place she wants to raise her daughter

and establish her career under God’s direction.
