supported by my team at Harcourts. Since joining Harcourts in January 2016, I haven’t looked back.
The Harcourts brand and our presence in the Oxley area are going from strength to strength, largely
thanks to all those locals who know me and who have supported and followed me. According to
ratemyagent.com.au, I am still, thanks to Oxley’s residents, very proudly this area’s ‘Number 1’ selling
agent. It is not a title I take lightly. In the last 12 months I have personally sold more than $10 million-
worth of real estate in Oxley!

Oxley’s development since the beginning of the
year has been steady and sustainable with 24
applications submitted to council ranging to
extensions and partial demolition through to large
multi-unit dwellings and large site subdivisions.
Smaller scale development has been predominately
subdivisions (1 lot into 2) and have been mainly
concentrated in the area along and around
Englefield Road. However, with the intensification
to more dense zoning occurring around the train
station and Oxley Village we have 77 applications
or approvals for Multi-Unit dwellings occur in
Ellen Street, Cook Street and William Terrace.
This development is constrained to this area as the
move towards Low medium Density and Medium
Density is restricted to approximately 400m from
railway entrance and Centre Zoning (Oxley Village).
