well documented.
Get detailed product description and feature
list from SAP
Customer wants the mobile application to do
everything they need.
Analyze the customer needs and match with
the mobile application features.
Learn the products current version and future
versions.
Manage the expectations
Put a functional consultant in project
So you’ll know the customer business and
manage it.

SAP Mobile Applications works on standart
systems and customizings, but customers are not.
Check the mobile application very very
carefully to minimize the suprises
Be carefull about Relay Server (RS).
There are 3 different RS installation
documentation and files. Use the SUP version
(NOT the Afaria Version)
Without License, Sybase Team gives limited
support.
Work closely with local SAP Team to get
support or let the customer to but it
No one (even local SAP Team) knows everything
Applications, platform and consulting new in
this area. Give hope to customers.
