Energy-Saving Operation The DC Inverter Air Conditioner affords continuous operation,while it adjusts capacity according to the room temperature.The accurate sensing of cooling or heating loads preventsfrequent changes in capacity and ensures efficient,economical operation.

DC INVERTER is outstanding for it‘s RAPID COOLING & HEATING POWER.As soon as the temperature is reached, it automatically adjusts current frequencytemperature fluctuation. It also provides “ENERGY-SAVING” (which saves your electricity charges) as well as “QUIETER OPERATION”.

Quiet Operation The DC Inverter Air Conditioner uses a twin rotarycompressor. Compared to the conventional single cylindertype, the twin rotary compressor dramatically reduces vibrationand noise during operation, thus ensuring quiet operation.

High SEER With the integration of inverter technology and R-410Arefrigerant, our products meet the DOE of a minimumrequirement of 13 SEER.

ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential) = 0 of HFC refrigerant is used.

High Power Mode The unit operates at maximum capacity by pressing a HighPower Mode button.

Rapid Cooling and Heating Since the DC Inverter Air Conditioner has efficient rapidheating and cooling capacity produced by variablecompressor rotation speed, it ensures quicker control ofroom temperatures than conventional air conditioners.

Features

Sanyo’s Ductless Split Air Conditioner & Heat Pump products offer wide versatility in solving your cooling andheating requirements. The Indoor unit (evaporator) is mounted inside the room, enclosed in a handsome spacesaving cabinet. It is connected to the outdoor unit (condenser) via refrigerant lines & inter-unit wiring througha 3-1/2" opening in the wall. Since no ductwork is required, installation is simple, fast & efficient. There is noneed to use up window space or cut large openings in existing walls, which could undermine the integrity ofyour structure, and even pose security risks. Since the Rotary compressor is located in the outdoor unit,compressor operating noise is virtually eliminated from the indoor. The indoor unit has been uniquelydesigned to provide Whisper Quiet operation while delivering comfort throughout the room (s). In addition, rotary compressors provide efficient, powerful cooling at the lowest noise levels in the industry.

3 Fan Speeds and AutomaticFan Operation

Air Sweep Control The air sweep function moves the louverup and down in the air outlet, directing air

Automatic Heating andCooling Changeover

After setting the temperature and functions youdesire, just relax. If the room temperature ishigher than the set temperature, cooling operationbegins. If the room temperature is lower than theset temperature, heating operation begins. Duringnormal thermostat cycle operation, cooling andheating operations automatically change inaccordance with set temperature, time and roomtemperature. (Heat Pump unit only)

1-hour OFF TimerWhen this button is pushed eitherwhile the unit is operating or while it

is stopped, the unit will operate for one hour andthen switch off automatically.

12-hour ON/OFF TimerThis timer can be set to automaticallyturn the unit on or off at any time within

a 12-hour period.

24-hour Clock with ON/OFFProgram Timer

The remote control unit allows you to set a widevariety of timer-based operations. Suchfunctions include automatic ON/OFF with a timersetting, same time ON/OFF every day, ON timer,OFF timer and Combination timer.

Night Setback Mode forCooling and Heating

Cooling and DRY Mode: With the Night SetbackMode, the air conditioner automatically raisesthe setting temperature 2°F after 30 minutes, andthen another 2°F after the next 30 minutes.Heating Mode: With the Night Setback Mode,the setting temperature is automatically lowered4°F after 30 minutes, and then another 4°F afterthe next 30 minutes. This saves energy withoutsacrificing comfort and is ideal for gentle coolingand heating.

Automatic Restart Functionafter Power Failure

This feature allows the system to automaticallyresume operation at its preset program, afterpower is restored from a power failure.

Hot Start Heating SystemRight from the start, air is warm andcomfortable. The Hot Start Heating
