XXX,

I want to thank you for the opportunity to work with (ABC). I believe there are

some tremendous possibilities for improvement, growth and positioning within ABC. Per our

conversation, I have identified key areas for review, assessment and insight in regards to the

aim to set ABC for future and continued growth in your market. This project will result in a fully

refined mission and positioning for ABC, marketing campaigns and objectives, with metrics for

future use, suggestions for improvements in operations and help with initiating the execution of

Executive Summary

ObjectiveThe overall goal is to aid ABC in understanding its business at a deeper level with emphasis on observation, insights and

innovation.

ProcessThe process is not linear, rather cyclical. The first step will be information gathering, observation of current operations,

observation of competitors, interviews with ABC customers, competitors customers and a survey, both online and offline.

Once the data is gathered for a particular area it will be placed in a project space and all parts of the business will be drawn

out to connect the data. Analysis, insights and ideation will be obtained from the data in a co-creative manner with ABC

staff. Once the conclusions are agreed upon, the ideation stage commences where the insights are used to create new

business processes (operations, marketing, sales, etc) to then be distilled into those which are the most viable.

Discovery and Feedback Identify information needed to analyze and prioritize, Identify best sources

and methods to collect information, gather data, organize and analyze

Alignment, Insights and Ideation Identify actions to address issues, Develop vision for change and actions

into overall action plans, Ensure actions are aligned and integrated together,

Develop plans for evaluation, learning and communications

Execution and Integration Adopt and implement recommended actions, Evaluate results of

implementing the Plan to ensure desired change has and will continue to

occur

Termination End the Project

AssumptionsIssues of confidentiality, client relationships, and discussion regarding proprietary products, services, or relationships, in

addition to documents created as part of this consulting relationship, are the property of ABC.

Appropriate access to vendors, customers, contacts, and administrative system access will be provided by ABC as required

to complete any assigned projects and project tasks.

Both parties (myself and ABC) will make every effort to ensure timely answers to questions as related to the project

engagement.
