SA520 AUTOMATIC WIRE COMB BINDING MACHINE

It is designed in accordance with Turkey’s energy issues;

all the necessary precautions are taken against voltage

and frequency fluctuations as well as frequent power

cuts.

All settings are programmed in Turkish and English and

all the changes are implemented by using a touch

screen. It can bind a job from one piece to 9 pieces

separately.

Wire comb bindings of size 1/4 inch to 7/8 inch diameters

can be used. The electrical and pneumatic components

are made in USA and Japan. Calendar hanger unit is an

integral part of the machine, not an accessory. Our

company firmly believes that each and every printing

company must have wire binding machines; and

accordingly the economic price of this machine is great

This machine is manufactured by SOLAR, in Czech Republic. Solar 55A can bind up to 570 mm width and it is very user-friendly. Even inexperienced operators can reach to high production capacity with a short term training.

The electronic programming unit has a digital indicator and the machine can be set easily and quickly. 80A is another binding machine which is very similar to 55A with respect to all easy operating features; yet its binding width is bigger.

The size of the wire can be interchanged in few minutes; hence the real production time will be used efficiently.

The electronic programming unit with its digital indicator enables fast and easy job set up. The settings of regular binding jobs can be saved in the unit and they can be recalled easily when needed. The operating languages are English and Turkish.

100 piece manual calendar hanger feeding unit is an accessory of 55A machine. The “Automatic Calendar Hanger Feeding Unit” which feeds calendar hanger from reel is manufactured upon request.

By utilising every units’ skip binding property, 55A can bind two jobs at once in one standard cycle. In each skip, at least 2 loops are saved, hence high efficiency is achieved. At most 7 skips can be made.

The diameter of the spiral should be 3-5 mm bigger than the book thickness.

This machine first forms coil spiral from PVC filament and then spins the coil into the book.

This machine uses filaments in reels of 25 kg. The filaments are formed into coil spirals in desired sizes and pitches by using mandrel.

Heat is used for coil forming. At this stage, the formed PVC coil spirals fall onto the conveyor band. The PVC coil spirals that are cooled down on this belt fall onto a chute. Moving through this chute, the PVC coil spirals are spinned into the pre-punched sheets from the first hole onwards, then the coil is cut, and both ends are crimped.

It is advised that the diameter of the spiral is 3-5 mm bigger than the book thickness.


This machine uses pre-formed PVC coil spiral. The difference between this machine and Sterling Coilmaster III is, this

machine doesn’t form coil from filaments. All the other properties are same as Sterling Coil Master III. The coil spirals

that are supplied by us are placed on the conveyor belt. This belt moves the spiral to the chute for each book to be

bound. Coil Master II inserts the coil into the book and crimps the ends.

SA APM-24 automatic punching machine is designed to accomodate the widest possible punching applications on loose leaves, simply, efficiently and at very high output speeds.

•The sheets are fed via lightweight aluminium trays, which rise automatically. The paper can be loaded continuously without stopping the machine.

•8-10 sheets of paper are fed from the top of the stack at one bite at a time. The bite can be adjusted to take a maximum of 2.5 mm, variable according to the quality of the paper.

•The sheets that are loaded on the machine are taken on and punched as a bunch. Transport bands rotate them over a drum without disarraying the collate and place them on the high pile reception unit.

•Tool changeover can be done in one minute by means of a bolt lever.

•The sheets are turned over by means of a drum to collate them in sequence. The sheets that are stuck together will separate during this operation

You can bind more with less number of loops in 2:1 pitch system

and hence lower the cost of your products. In 2:1 pitch system, the

number of loops can be decreased without compromising the look

and the quality of the binding.

It is the perfect solution for books, research reports, sales

presentations, cook books, etc.

METAL COIL BINDING

Metal single loop coil spirals were used in note-book manufacturing until recently. Now, in USA and Europe – primarily in

Spain – these spirals are being widely used in offices.

Now, our company produces them on-demand in pitches 6 mm, 5 mm and 4:1 and 3:1, in A3, A4 and A5 sizes.

Colours available: Black, white, transparent, blue, red, green, yellow, brown, copper and all metallic colours.

Our company produces PVC filaments used in PVC coil spiral production from granulated PVC by utilising special

chemical formulas. This allows us to produce any tone of any colour demanded by our customers.

Standard colours: transparent, black, white, burgundy, blue .

These colours are also available in transparent, opaque, glitter and pearl effects on demand.

Standard filament diameters are 1,30 – 1,60 – 1,80 - 1,90 - 2,30 and 2,80 mm. Filaments of any other diameter can be

produced on demand. Our yearly production capacity is 700 tons.

The gift bags that we manufactured from polypropylene (PP) and

synthetic paper are durable and water and tear resistant.

The durability of the gift bags is due to both the nature of the raw

material and the base support achieved by hot press during

production.

It will be a pleasure to carry one around with its high quality material

and aesthetically appealing design.

These durable and attractive gift bags are perfect options for your

presentation and marketing activities. These gift bags will

represent your company and its brands effectively for a long time

as they are carried around by your current and potential customers

both during a trade fair, exhibition, conference or another event and long after it.

SIZES:

9 main sizes of gift bags are produced as standard. For

your special size requests, please contact us.

MATERIAL:

A) Polypropylene (PP): PP of thickness varying

between 150 and 300 micron are being used. Opaque,

transparent, glossy and matte variations are available.

b) Synthetic Paper: They are made of plastic

material that appears like paper. Synthetic paper of

thickness varying between 160 and 240 micron are

being used.

GRAPHIC DESIGN: At pre-printing stage, Sanem Printing offers three graphic design options:

a)You can choose from the designs in our portfolio which are created by our graphic design department.

b)You can send the design or logo that you have designed via e-mail or in a CD.

c)You can create new and imaginative designs by working with our graphic design department.

PRINT:All the bags can be printed with 8 colour offset, typo, and digital and screenprinting technique.

Except non-woven bags, all the gift bags can be laminated matte or glossy post-print in order to increase their durability

and protect them from environmental factors.

Metal and Plastic Tipped Bag HandlesTraditionally, the gift bag handles are fastened by knotting the cord. This kind of work requires more labour and job time, hence increasing the production costs. However, metal and plastic tipped bag handles are much quicker and easier to fasten..

Thickness: The diameter of the handles is between 1,5 mm and 6,5 mm.

Length: The length of the gift bag handle can vary between 30 cm and 175 cm depending on the customer requirement.

Colours: White, black, red and navy blue bag handles are available in stocks. 20 different colours of bag handles can be manufactured upon request. These colours can be seen in our catalogue.

Material Used: Our bag handles are made of polypropylene (PP) and polyester fibre. They can also be made of cotton, nylon and other type of fibre material upon request.

2Standard indexes are available in colour, blank, printed and transparent varieties. They are made of 160 gr/m index-separator boards.

The separators and binding holes are reinforced with PET in order to prevent tearing and breakage.

It is especially designed for documents and note-books that are bound with 3:1 and 2:1 pitch double loop wire binding.

ELASTIC BAND

Upon our customers’ requirement, we currently stock more than 20 different colours of elastic band to meet their needs promptly. The length of the elastic bands varies between 70 mm to 750 mm.

The most common elastic band diameter used is 6 mm; however, it can vary between 1,5 mm to 6 mm.

We stock six main colours of elastic fasteners with metal and plastic ends in order to meet our customers’ requirements promptly.

PAPER CLIPS

Paper clips are indispensable items of our offices.

Metal paper clips rust in time and leave unpleasant marks on our documents. Sanem’s paper clips are made of

protective nylon coated metal wires which do not rust. The attractive colour range will add a charming touch to your

documents.

The paper clips are available in clear boxes of various sizes.

We offer the nylon-coated wires that we use in wire comb binding production to our customers who produce single loop

wire spiral or wish to use it for other applications.
