PrologueOn January 1, 2001, the feminine energies latent in all that exist began theiraccelerated reintegration with the dominant masculine energies of mankind. Thisprofound event will last several decades and bring about untold changes on theearth plane, for whenever the “new” must replace the “old” there is turmoil, andthis is what we are destined to experience in the coming years up to and beyondYear 2012.

The year 2012 has already been inscribed in the mass consciousness as the end ofthe current two thousand year cycle, an age when the masculine energiesdominated life on earth. A cosmic transition from one era to another is alwaysaccompanied by physical and mental upheaval as the way is cleared for the freshnew energies to take over. So the tumultuous decade preceding 2012 will test theresolve of mankind as the masculine energies resident in certain Dark Forces stagetheir final battle in a desperate attempt to cling on to their current regime ofmonetary gain and warfare. This battle is known in biblical terms as the muchfeared and dreaded Armageddon. Yet 2012 does not mark the end of the world asoften predicted but the birth of a new Golden Era, popularly known on the earth

plane as the Age of Aquarius.

We base our opinion on the ancient wisdom of the Masters of the GreatBrotherhood of Light. They have assured us that the Armageddon is indeed uponus, and its function is not to annihilate the world but rather to flush out theevildoers and make way for the reintegration of the feminine energies with themasculine. When this cleansing is over, the good and innocent will remain on earthand the new Golden Era of Aquarius, one characterized by a perfect balancebetween the masculine and feminine energies.

It is thus, through this book that one of the Great Brotherhood of Light, the MasterSanctus Germanus, the Hierarch of the Age of Aquarius, has directed us to informyou of the signs and events leading up to and beyond the year 2012. During thistime many will wonder if the whole world has not gone insane, for as the feminineenergies reintegrate at every level and sector of society, all evil connected with themasculine energies will be expelled from earth. Mankind will again be balanced

To help us through this difficult period, the Masters of Wisdom of the GreatBrotherhood of Light are ever present in spirit, well within the purview of earth butin another dimension. At times, they materialize physically to communicate withtheir initiates or disciples or they transmit their messages through mediums as theyhave done throughout time. Many great spiritual works of the past and presenthave resulted by such telepathic communication, and they continue today.

The Brotherhood today influences the thinking of writers, musicians, scientists,philosophers, politicians, bankers, and others from all walks of life, as they havedone for millennia. Its mission throughout the ages has been to raise and expandman’s intellect to where we find ourselves at present. Many great luminaries in

human history have chosen to reincarnate today in order to help mankind throughthis transition and most are capable of communicating telepathically with theMasters of the Brotherhood. It is through this book and others, the Brotherhoodhopes to communicate its views to the open minded on earth today.

During my present incarnation, I only recently came to know about the GreatBrotherhood of Light, although in past lives I was very much part of them. Mymain task up to the moment when I rejoined my Brothers was to learn as much aspossible about what makes this world function. I received a normal education inAmerican and European universities, learned earthly logic and scientific methodsof inquiry. I later applied this knowledge to an international career in diplomacy,development assistance, and business, all of which enabled me to travel widely tothe far corners of the world.

As I was drawn back into association with the Brotherhood, certain AscendedMasters under the direction of the Master Sanctus Germanus rekindled my abilityto communicate telepathically with them. It is through this channel ofcommunication that I have written this book.

The final battle between light and darkness, the Armageddon, is now upon us.During the remainder of this decade, the financial towers the Dark Forces havemeticulously woven will collapse and bring about a deep economic depressionupon humanity, for it seems the mass of humanity will acknowledge the Truth onlyfrom the pits of despair. The forces of darkness will take their last stand and plungethe world into another world war, unless the world musters the wherewithal to stopthem. This final battle will touch every level of society, from time tried family

relationships to international alliances, and we will all experience this insanity inone way or the other.

In this book, we hope to put the insanity of the Armageddon into its properperspective and show you how this decade of great turmoil will play out and whatlies ahead after victory is in hand. We are confident that once you realize how theDark Forces have divested you of your wealth and rights, you will be glad that theArmageddon is upon us, for everything can be so much better than it is now.

We present you our ideas as food for thought. We do not seek to argue, convince,or coddle you into accepting them. We merely wish to raise certain questions andpresent you with a different, yet very plausible way of looking at world events. Ourviews are often in direct contradiction to what is commonly presented in theworld’s media and may be difficult to fathom. We will raise questions concerning

terrorism, war, the national debt, taxation, bureaucracy, and the stock marketwithin the context of this period of earth’s evolution. In so doing, we hope toexplain the reason for the Armageddon and how it will lead to a Golden Age, thelikes of which the earth has never seen. So hang on. CHAPTER 1

Reintegration of the Feminine Energies

Introduction

On January 1, 2001, as planned on the cosmic calendar for earth, the feminineenergy commenced its reentry through every soul of mankind on the earth plane.The masculine energies reacted violently. The terrorist attack on the World TradeCenter in New York, the War in Afghanistan, and the War in Iraq flared, whileregional conflagrations in the Congo, Indian subcontinent, Southeast Asia, MiddleEast, and South America boiled over. More conflagration and turmoil are in storeas this reintegration continues.

Is this a takeover of one energy by another? The answer is emphatically, “No.” The

feminine energy seeks to reestablish a balance with the masculine, which is theonly way “Peace on earth, goodwill toward men” can be achieved. This energydoes not seek to dominate, for any imbalance, either feminine or masculine, wouldcause the world to continue its present fractious journey.

The reassertion of the feminine energy requires that each and every individual,male and female, balance the masculine and feminine energies within. No one willbe spared, which is why the perturbations we will experience during these tryingyears will cause families, marriages, partnerships, businesses, governments, and

nations to reassess, change, and absorb these new energies. As time honoredhierarchies tumble and relationships break apart, turmoil and constantreadjustments to change will reign. But what will emerge will be more balancedindividuals ready to build a world of peace and harmony.

In this book we will explain 1) how the masculine energies came to dominate theearth in the form of the Dark Forces, 2) how these dominant masculine energies

will fight desperately to the end, causing havoc and destruction on earth during thenext decade, 3) how the outcome of this battle is already predetermined, and 4)how we will come full circle with the reemergence of a “new” Age of Aquarius,when the balance has been achieved. Added to this reintegration will be theelement of accelerated time, which will stir the pot, so to speak, and cause changeto occur with unprecedented rapidity, all of which may drive some insane. But whynot get this whole dirty business out of the way as fast as possible?

A Schematic of Our Present Earth Cycle

When God or the Creator breathes out, sparks of energy of all levels of powerscatter throughout this corner of space, some traveling millions of years to taketheir positions in space as solar systems with planets, moons and inhabitants,according to the Divine Plan. The “out breath” of the Creator is thus the greatcreation in all its multitudinous forms.

When the Creator inhales, all the sparks of energy are drawn back to their Creator.The drawing back takes millions of years and each spark must work its way back atits own speed. Thus we have a cycle of God’s “out breath” and “in breath” thattakes millions and millions of earth years to complete.

The fireball that is Earth reached its destination. In our particular corner of space

several hundred million years ago. After it cooled down, the Creator sowed theDNA seeds of life forms that were to develop into more complex beings. As theselife forms evolved into more advanced forms that could host spirits of a highervibration, the Great Ancient of Days, Sanat Kumara, arrived on earth with anentourage of advanced spirits. They took on bodies of advanced life forms andbegan to propagate a more refined and evolved form of the human race.

The great civilization of Lemuria arose from this effort. Helena Blavatsky, in herwork The Secret Doctrine, learned of Lemuria in the Book of Dzyan, which theMasters of Wisdom had shown her, as well as from Sanskrit documents, whichmade reference to the former continent. Most occult scholars agree that Lemuriawas a gigantic continent located in today’s Pacific ocean, the remnants of whichare the Pacific Islands, including the Hawaiian Island chain, Easter Island, Fiji, andthe Australian sub continent. Some speculate that it stretched all the way to India,connecting the subcontinent with Australia.

Blavatsky describes the Lemurians as the third root race to inhabit the earth, whoseprimary characteristic in the beginning was its perfect balance between themasculine and feminine vibrations. This balance accounted for the lack of conflictand peace loving existence. The Lemurians were androgynous, egg laying beingswith a third eye that gave them natural psychic powers and the ability tocommunicate telepathically.

During the latter part of the Lemurian civilization, the delicate balance between thefeminine and masculine vibrations ceased, and the Lemurians evolved into the twosexes. The resulting discovery of sexual relations soon led to the downfall of thecivilization, and the whole civilization was completely wiped out in a great floodthat took place approximately 24,500 years ago.

As Lemuria declined, another great civilization, Atlantis, rose up on a large

continent where most of the Atlantic Ocean exists today. Although the Atlanteanswere also divided into separate male and female sexes, there still existed a balancebetween these two energies that enabled the civilization to flourish initially. As weshall see in the later chapters, this balance was to be compromised in favor of themasculine vibrations that took over the civilization’s technological achievements inorder to oppress people with a culture of money and war. This led to the ultimatedemise of Atlantis when the continent sank beneath the sea.

Despite its demise, souls carrying the dominant masculine vibrations of Atlantiscontinued to reincarnate into the ancient Egyptian, Greek, Hindu, European,African, and Chinese civilizations up to our modern civilization today. This is whyour civilization today is marked by conflict on every level of existence and thedominance of money.

Cosmic Origins of the Great Brotherhood of Light

The Great Brotherhood of Light, under the direction of the Planetary Logos, SanatKumara, was created to oversee mankind’s evolution throughout the ages.

Throughout the evolution of these civilizations, highly evolved entities from otherplanets were sent to earth to help guide earth and its inhabitants. These advancedentities provided the initial DNA from which the multitudes that comprise thehuman population today have evolved. They observed humanity’s evolution andrecruited disciples from among the earth’s population whose souls had passed

through countless earthly incarnations and trained them to take over their work asearth’s cosmic guides.

These disciples evolved at a faster pace than the rest of humanity. They finallyattained to more ephemeral bodies when they ascended into the higher dimensionsof evolution and became Masters. Some of these Masters have reached such a highdegree of perfection that they visit other more advanced planets, such as earth’ssister planet Venus, and beyond. Some of them choose to remain within earth’srealm instead of moving onto higher evolutions so that they can help furthermankind’s evolution.

Over many millennia, these highly evolved beings formed a core known as theGreat Brotherhood of Light whose purpose was and is to guide earth’s inhabitantson its evolutionary path back to the Creator. These Masters work under and

coordinate their activities with those great solar cosmic beings who guide theevolution of earth itself. Having evolved at a faster pace, the Great Brotherhood ofLight is in a sense the vanguard of the human race, the role models of what weourselves will be like millennia from now.

Cosmic Origin of The Dark Forces

One of the peculiar characteristics of earth is that it lies in the free will zone of the

universe and as such, can attract entities from other planets that have failed or havechosen not to evolve with their own populations. In other words, throwbacks ordropouts from other planetary evolutions can choose to live on earth to continueworking out their salvation. By the cosmic Law of Attraction those dropouts fromother evolutions tend to be those of the same degree of evolution as we are onearth.

Many of these dropouts date back to the days of Atlantis. As our presentcivilization has reached the very same stage of evolution as Atlantis when itdestroyed itself, these Atlantean dropouts have been waiting in the wings on theastral plane to rejoin earth. Those benighted ones, who were in part responsible forthe Atlantean demise, have now found a home in our present civilization.

Some dropouts rejoined earth and rediscovered the Path of Light andrighteousness. However, many of them have held stubbornly to their Atlanteanways and now form the core of what we call the Dark Forces on earth. These

benighted ones hijacked their highly evolved spiritual leadership on Atlantis andtook over the power structure. They experimented with martial force and money tobring vast segments of the Atlantean population under their subjugation. In theend, their methods caused the ultimate collapse of Atlantis.

Today they incarnate as both male and female and mix with the good and innocentsouls of the earth to create a heterogeneous mix of souls quite unlike any otherplanet in this solar system. Their presence on earth accounts for all the strife andconflict we have been experiencing over the centuries as they thwart mankind’sattempts to stay on the Divine evolutionary path. Throughout the tumultuousTwentieth Century, we witnessed the likes of Adolph Hitler, Josef Stalin, and thegenerals of the Emperor Hirohito slaughter masses of humans in their bid tosubjugate the populations of earth. Others have carried out genocide and ethniccleansings of a scale that boggles the decent person’s mind.

Today, their likes exist in greater numbers. Some engage in activities as coldblooded and ruthless as in previous generations. Others wear sheep’s clothing,while using much subtler tactics to prey on the weaknesses of humanity andgradually enslave it.

The Project Of the Master Sanctus Germanus

The Great Brotherhood of Light will direct the reintegration of the feminineenergies and by this very event will cast the Dark Forces off the earth before itenters the “new” Age of Aquarius. But the Dark Forces will not leave without afight.

Over the past few decades, the battle lines of a final conflict have been drawn andthe forces of the Great Brotherhood of Light under the guidance and direction ofthe Master Sanctus Germanus are now poised to fight the final battle on the earthplane. Many advanced souls, past luminaries in human history or associated withthe Brotherhood, have chosen to reincarnate on earth at this time in order to jointhe battle on the side of mankind.

The outcome of that battle has already been determined, for this time the lightforces shall prevail and the benighted souls will be banished from the earth planeforever, leaving behind balanced masculine and feminine energies.

This is why the Armageddon, rather than being the end of the world, is actually thepurging of these evil influences from earth through the reintegration of thefeminine energies. The playing out of the Armageddon will set the stage for a newGolden Age where earth regains its momentum up the evolutionary ladder andback to the Creator.

The “I AM” Dispensation

Knowing full well that those on the earth plane would be engaged in this finalbattle, the Master Sanctus Germanus introduced the “I AM” movement in the1930’s. He reminded the West again what the Theosophists had given them fiftyyears before and what the Buddhists had known for centuries: that within each ofus resides a “piece” of the Creator, and as a drop of water from the ocean has thesame properties as the ocean itself, each one of us is thus a God or Goddess.

This radical departure from standard western theology permeates most thinking ofthe New Age movement, for despite human shortcomings in disseminating thisinformation, its Truth remains intact. The “I AM” dispensation teachings are a giftfrom God and Brotherhood to help mankind surmount the trials and tribulations ofthis transitional period. That it had its most marked revelation between the twogreat world wars was not an accident.

Many Masters of the Great Brotherhood of Light who oversee this battle “came upfrom the ranks,” of earth’s tortuous school. Their example serves to illustrate amajor point in the evolutionary scheme, which each individual soul can decide toaccelerate its evolution. The individual soul need not conform to the slowevolutionary pace of the masses of mankind. Those adepts or luminaries who liveamong us are souls who have broken rank with the rest of mankind and chosen tofollow the path of evolution at an accelerated pace. How is this possible?

Of these billions of souls sent to earth, there are no two alike and therefore no twohuman beings are alike. Even identical twins house two different souls, whichaccounts for the difference in their personalities. Some souls evolve faster thanothers. Some will have had more incarnations than others and have spent moretime on earth than others.

These obvious differences account for why some are more spiritually evolved thanothers, but it is the nature of free will in earth’s zone that permits the soul to makeits own decision concerning its own evolution back to the Creator. In other words,some souls choose a fast track while others take their time.

Some souls become so imbibed with earth’s material pleasures and pains that theychoose not to follow the path of evolution. As the Dark Forces have taken over themass media and propagated their short term views on life, many innocent and weakminded have been drawn into their ranks. They become ready victims and tools ofthe Dark Forces primarily in the form of flunkies, fall guys, or petty criminals,whose activities are designed “to take the heat,” and distract the public’s attention,while they commit greater more heinous crimes against humanity. This of course isa temporary condition for all must eventually follow the Path, even if it takesmillennia to accomplish.

Those who consciously take the decision to stand on the side of light must come tothe realization of the divine presence within, the “I AM,” or the soul that resideswithin them. Their protection is immediately assured during these times of tumultand the balance between the feminine and masculine aspects of the soul isreasserted.

When they come to realize that the “I AM” presence or soul, already perfectlybalanced with respect to the masculine and feminine energies, is the spark ofenergy linking them directly with God, the Creator, they learn to call upon it assomething to be adored, to be acknowledged, and to be grateful for. They realizethat this magic presence of the soul in full balance is the gift of all gifts, the GodSelf of the individual. This is the Self that one must repair to constantly and daily,to give all gratitude to the great “I AM” presence. When we meditate, we can ask“I AM” to flood our world with all its perfection, and in doing so, wesystematically set loose the force of light that sweeps away human foolishness,blindness, stupidity, and those evils that surround our lives. This simple realizationis the David that slays the Goliath in the battle of the Armageddon that is before us.

The Last Phase of this Cycle

As everything in the cosmos moves in cycles, today we are nearing the point of thegrand cycle where our journey back to the Source has begun, as mentioned above,

the in breath of Brahma. This journey back includes, among many other things,regaining the balance of the feminine and masculine energies that characterized theLemurians. In the years to come mankind will achieve this reintegration and thuscreate a Golden Age of peace and prosperity.

CHAPTER 2

The Great Brotherhood of Light

The Great Brotherhood of Light leads the final battle on the side of light. Rather

than the blatant militaristic strategies we observe on the earth plane, theBrotherhood works through the souls of each and every one of us. This is whyevery soul on earth must at one point or the other make a choice during this period:will you stand on the side of light or darkness?

Recent Revelations of the Brotherhood

At the end of the Nineteenth Century, Helena P. Blavatsky and Henry Steel Olcott,both representative spirits of the Great Brotherhood of Light, founded theTheosophical Society in 1875 and revealed in their writings the existence this bodyof highly evolved beings, which played a major role in the evolution of earth’saffairs. They emphasized that the Brotherhood was not a religious body and did notendorse any particular religion.

Its influence permeates every religion, every god or goddess worshipped, everymajor historical event, every artistic trend, every political, or social movement.Great luminaries such as the Master Jesus, the Master Gautama Buddha, the

Prophet Mohammed, and the Master Confucius were all incarnations of highlyevolved beings of the Brotherhood.

During the early days of the Theosophical movement the Masters of theBrotherhood often took on physical bodies and communicated directly in person orthrough letters with members of the Theosophical Society. This was nothing newfor the peoples of India and the Far East including China and Japan who for

centuries revered and worshipped the many adepts of the Brotherhood walkingamong them.

The revelation to the west of the Brotherhood’s existence and influence created anuproar in intellectual circles. Victorian intellectuals wanted solid, scientific proofof their existence. However, even when the famous Mahatma Letters, epistles ofwisdom from the Masters themselves, were precipitated to certain people, theywere branded as fakes or forgeries. Christians condemned Theosophy as heresy,the teachings of the Masters as pagan philosophies or utter blasphemy. Even theSpiritualists, who communicated regularly with the “dead” considered claims ofthe Masters’ intervention to be verging on insanity.

Yet, the Theosophical Movement pursued its path under the guidance of theMasters Kuthumi and El Morya. Its cofounder, Col. Henry Steel Olcott, described

the Great Brotherhood of Light as follows:

... (T)here is and ever was but one altruistic alliance, or fraternity, of these Elder

Brothers of humanity, the world over; but it is divided into sections according to

the needs of the human race in its successive stages of evolution. In one age the

focal center of this world helping force will be in one place, in another elsewhere.

Unseen, and suspected as the vivifying spiritual currents of the Akash, yet as

indispensable for the spiritual welfare of mankind, their combined divine energy is

maintained from age to age and forever refreshes the pilgrim of earth, who

struggles on towards the divine reality. The skeptic denies the existence of these

Adepts because he has not seen or talked with them, nor read the history of their

visible intermeddling in national events. But their being has been known to

thousands of self illuminated mystics and philanthropists in succeeding

generations, whose purified souls have lifted them up out of the muck of physical

into the brightness of spiritual consciousness; and at many epochs they have come

into personal relations with the persons who are devoting or inclined to devote

themselves to altruistic labor for bringing about the brotherhood of mankind.

Tactical Retreat of the Brotherhood

But why is it that the Brotherhood remains unseen and unknown to the vastmajority of humanity today?

With the outbreak of the World Wars 1914 to 1945 followed by fifty more years ofinsanity, the Brotherhood retreated into the background to wait for the rightmoment to reappear. Its influence continued through certain mediums and throughtelepathic communication to many unknowing individuals. The Brotherhoodcontinued to reveal parts of the Ancient Wisdom that would counter the negativitygenerated in the Great Wars through the Alice Bailey and the Master Djwal Khul’sworks, the I AM movement, and various other attempts, most of which had onlymoderate impact on humanity as the world was drawn into a post war frenzy ofmaterialism.

As Christian mystics in the church dominated centuries following the MasterJesus’ mission on earth secretly preserved their contact with the Brotherhood, postwar mystery schools and esoteric groups continued to teach and disseminateinformation about the Brotherhood, this time pitted against wave after wave of

materialism. Many of these organizations died from internal strife and problems.

But despite this brief tactical retreat, the Brotherhood remained a fact of life andcontinued to influence world awairs from the background, primarily throughmediums and intermediaries.

Hierarchy, A Cosmic Reality

Cosmic law organizes an enormous pool of differing soul evolutions into a greatcosmic hierarchical structure stretching from the infinite Creator all the way downto the basic atom. This structure is reflected in our own human society. Everygroup or organization is organized in a hierarchical manner. Everyone hassomeone above him and below him. Even in the smallest group, there is a leader. Itis noteworthy to observe that even advocates of human equality, e.g., democracy,socialism, and communism have all ended up creating some of history’s largesthierarchies.

A proper, spiritual hierarchical structure does not dominate, it is by nature ahierarchy of love, one that promotes upward mobility. Each soul occupies a certainlevel of the hierarchy according to its level of spiritual evolution. Those on theupper levels guide and help those on the lower rungs to advance upward. As thesoul advances in spiritual growth, it moves up the ladder of evolution.

The Cosmic Law of Hierarchy is a fact of life, a cosmic reality in the Universe.Hierarchy’s main function is to preserve and protect the divine order and wisdom.The individual can take comfort that there is always someone superior to himwhose greater knowledge can help and protect him, and someone below him,whom he can in turn teach and protect.

Here on the earth plane, hierarchy translate, into a condition in nature where thereis always, a leader, a ruler, or one of superior position. The lower kingdoms,mineral, vegetable, and animal, are also organized in some sort of hierarchy. Andwithin each kingdom is also a complex hierarchy of sub kingdoms. In the humankingdom, each family, society, institution, and governmental structure reflects thisuniversal hierarchical structure.

Any individual who claims he is an independent entity outside hierarchy is

deluding himself, for it is usually one who has been subjected to domination withina hierarchy who fears and often rebels against it. And yet, they unfortunately endup often being told what to do by everyone.

Inner Governing Structure of the World

The world today is divided into nation states within which each has a hierarchicalgovernmental structure. On the international level, there is a network of

international organizations such as the United Nations and regional organizationsconsisting of member nation states. Above this earthly political structure existsanother rung of hierarchy, covering the whole earth, a divine chain of command orgoverning structure. This is the Inner Government or power structure of the GreatBrotherhood of Light operating on the etheric plane from Shamballa located on thenorthern stretch of the Himalayas in Central Asia. From there they communicatewith their brothers and sisters all over the world instantaneously through telepathy.From time to time, they take on physical forms and walk among men.

This inner spiritual government is in charge of implementing the Great Divine Planthat was drawn up for earth millions of years ago. Each of the billions of souls onearth is part of this Plan and each is guided to carry out his or her particular taskand role.

A council comprising three offices, the World Teacher, the Executive andFacilitator (Divine Will), heads the current inner spiritual government. The Lord

Kuthumi now heads the Office of the World Teacher and will set forth the cosmicprinciples that will govern the New Golden Age. He works with the Masters Jesus,Babaji, Hilarion, an English Master, and many others who have taken on the vasttask of educating all of mankind of these principles.

The Office of the Executive is held by the Master Sanctus Germanus, whocoordinates multitudinous activities to prepare the world for the return of WorldTeacher. He leads the battle of the Light Forces against those of darkness duringthe Armageddon with the Lady Master Quan Yin. This office requires massivecoordination of the various Masters and their respective groups, initiates, andactivities, all working to fulfill their respective tasks according to the Divine Plan.

Finally, the third office of this triumvirate body is the Facilitator, occupied by theMaster El Morya. He represents the Divine Will, the impetus and power that

implement policies and educational programs of the two other offices of the WorldTeacher and the Executive. Representing the Divine Will, the Master Morya findsthe most effective path; the path of least resistance to go from A to B; and thepower to implement and realize a policy in the most efficient, energy saving way.

The Ascended Masters

Working with these three principal Masters is an army of 155,000 AscendedMasters. These perfected beings have consciously chosen to remain within earth’satmosphere to help the rest of humanity evolve instead of moving on to moreadvanced planetary bodies. They no longer need to wear the dense physical bodieswe carry but exist in lighter, more ethereal forms of matter which we call spirit.They can, however, materialize temporarily to the point where the common mancan perceive them. They can be in several places at the same time, and theirextraordinary intelligence and perceptions make it possible for them to discern ourthoughts and instantaneously respond to them. By their level of perfection, theyrepresent the future race of mankind and thus the direction of evolution thathumanity should take.

The Masters of the Brotherhood go where they are needed. There are regionalheadquarters of the Brotherhood on every continent, all existing on the ethericplane beyond the limited five senses of the common man.

The Ascended Masters have traditionally communicated with the earth plane in anumber of ways. One is through telepathy thought transference from spirit to thehuman brain. Their messages of truth touch our Higher Selves or individual soulsand are then stepped down and filtered through our subconscious minds, then toour conscious minds, and finally to the brain. Much of this transmission is carriedout while we are in a state of sleep and when the physical body does not pose toomuch resistance to receiving telepathic messages. During our waking hours, thoseof good heart and motives receive these thoughts clairvoyantly often not realizingfrom where they come.

The nature and breadth of the activities of the Inner Government reach every sectorof life on earth. Some clairvoyants are aware of their intervention but the vastmajority of mankind remains completely ignorant of their influence. For example,the Master Djwal Khul assists in the liaison work between the Office of the World

Teacher and those initiates and disciples on earth. The Master JMH assists theOffice of the Executive in areas of international politics, economics, and financeand intelligence and the Master Jesus helps supervise and guide the work of theLight Workers on the earth plane. Each Master supervises his or her ashram withthousands of workers in various committees to carry out the final transition into theAquarian Age, in line with the Divine Plan.

Under the Master Kuthumi, there is a committee made up of exprelates of themajor world religions who are editing all the scriptures (the Bible, Koran, Kabala,Gita Bhaghavad, etc.) so that they conform to the needs of the coming Golden Age.Another committee under the Master JMH’s supervision monitors the financialmachinations of the financiers behind the Dark Forces. Some Lady Masters of theBrotherhood prepare men and women for their advanced role in peace making asthe Feminine Ray descends upon the events of the Armageddon. Others workamong those, in the performing and creative arts, religion, culture, literature,sciences, academia, and the like, all with the aim of lining man’s thinking andculture.

The work of the Ascended Masters is in constant motion and, from the examples

above, are intertwined and coordinated in a most complex way. What then governsall the activities?

Government by the Divine Plan

The Divine Plan for earth has been in existence since time immemorial and isunfathomable to the limited human mind. However, from time to time, avatars and

messengers appear on earth to reveal bits and pieces of the Plan. At this particular juncture of the plan, the triumvirate body is in full swing preparing mankind for theeventual approach of the World Teacher. Traditional religions have often spokenof the second coming of their principal teachers. But this time, there will be oneTeacher which will represent a vast body of teachings aimed at all levels ofmankind and will demonstrate how much can be achieved on earth once thebalance between the feminine and masculine energies has been struck.

But before mankind can receive these teachings, earth must perform a massivehousecleaning, for without this purification, the teachings of the World Teacherwill go unheard or again fall into the morass of conflicting religions as in the past.This is the reason for the so called Armageddon, which will purge and sift out allthe evil elements on earth, throughout the vast hierarchy from the lowest to thehighest and vice versa. Only after this great purgation will humanity be ready forthe revolutionary teachings of the World Teacher.

Externalization of the Spiritual Hierarchy

Today, as the feminine energies reintegrate, the Ascended Masters of theBrotherhood including many of the Lady Masters of the Brotherhood are revealingthemselves both telepathically and physically more and more to mankind. This isone part of the process known in certain esoteric circles as the externalization ofthe Spiritual Hierarchy (another name for the Brotherhood).

In order to implement their work on the physical earth plane, the Brotherhoodrequires persons in the flesh who walk quietly and discreetly among mankind. This

is the other part of the externalization process which involves thousands ofadvanced souls who have incarnated in places all around the world in the form ofthe Brotherhood’s initiates, adepts and disciples. They live among humanity on alllevels of human society. They hold positions in government, corporations,educational institutions, scientific organizations, banks, charities, religiousorganizations and the like all over the world. Many have achieved full knowledgeof their particular fields and function with much authority and know how.

This externalized body of souls, the extension of the Brotherhood on the earthplane, is known as the New Group of World Servers or simply as light workers.They represent advanced initiates and disciples, the “troops” placed on earth to dobattle with the Dark Forces during the Armageddon under the overall direction ofthe Master St. Germain, the Ascended Masters and their respective ashrammembers of the Brotherhood. They can communicate telepathically with theirMasters. They can also serve as mediums through which the Masters can addresscongregations of people.

As part of the externalization process, the Ascended Masters will materializetemporarily to communicate something important to a particular person, and thendematerialize. They could even materialize as an adept to instruct a group ofdisciples over a period of time and then evaporate. Or they may speak to a person

in his dreams and impress his conscious mind with certain ideas. However, as thebattle of the Armageddon reaches its peak, the Ascended Masters will appear moreand more markedly to mankind for reasons we will cover in the next chapter.

According to the Cosmic Law of Free Will, the Masters can only impress andsuggest ideas to their initiates and disciples on earth. They cannot impose. So therecipient is free to reject, modify, or follow them. Some of the incarnated initiatesand disciples may be so taken in with the maya or illusion on the earth plane thatthey may choose not to listen to or act upon the suggestions of the AscendedMasters and will have thus failed in their mission. Such a situation is a source ofconstant frustration to the Ascended Masters.

Some Ascended Masters, who regularly materialize among us, are already knownto the occult world. The Master Sanctus Germanus usually takes on the form of hismost famous incarnation as the Comte de St. Germain, although this does not stophim from masquerading as any personality he chooses. The Master JMH is knownto “crash” important meetings of the world’s finance ministers, trade and economicbodies, and the more sinister meetings of the Seven Sisters, the seven mainpetroleum production and distribution companies. Like other Masters, he will

masquerade in whatever form that will accomplish the task at hand.

Other Masters of the Brotherhood prefer to impress their advice through telepathyand transfer their thoughts and ideas to those clairvoyant minds willing anddeveloped enough to accept them. Others untiringly impress progressive andinnovative ideas upon statesmen, artists, scientists, writers, clergy, and other openminded individuals, often without their knowledge. This constant flow of

revelation accounts for the scientific breakthroughs, sublime artistic achievements,and turn of international events for the better we experience on earth.

Another way of externalization is through a the process of “walk ins.” Disciples ofthe Masters who remain in spirit and who are working diligently on the DivinePlan are known to take over the bodies of those already incarnated. Often byprevious agreement, a soul will incarnate and take a physical body to a certainstage of development. At the appointed time, a new and higher soul will “walk in”and take over the body while the original soul exits. The new occupier of the bodywill retain all memory and characteristics of the body, but often their friends willnote subtle changes.

The Inner Government of the Spiritual Hierarchy even stretches its influence belowthe human plane. Working with devas or angelic creatures, they influence the

lower animal, plant, and mineral kingdoms. The physical phenomena and apportsproduced by great occult luminaries such as Helena P. Blavatsky, the mysteriousadept, JMH, and certain trans physical mediums today demonstrate the kind ofbenevolent control the Brotherhood maintains on these kingdoms.

Some may ask, “Why don’t the Masters just take over the whole world andstraighten it out once and for all?” The answer to this is quite simple. The Mastersmust abide by the Cosmic Law of Free Will that is particular to this zone of theUniverse. Besides, if the Masters were to do everything, how would the pupillearn?

CHAPTER 3

The Dark Forces Today

"By their fruits, ye shall know them.” Master Jesus

Terrorist attacks and spot conflicts around the world, including the ongoing Israeli

Arab war, the Indo Pakistani conflicts, the Tamil Singhalese guerilla war on SriLanka, the war in Afghanistan against the so called Al Qaeda terrorists, theongoing war in Iraq, the Muslim uprisings in the Philippines, the tensions in theTaiwan straits between China and Taiwan, and the host of other ethnic andgenocidal wars taking place in the Balkans and central Africa are all designed tokeep the world in a state of perpetual division and conflict. As soon as one conflictis resolved, other flares up in a never ending state of warfare.

The aerial attack on the New York World Trade Center on September 11 shocked

the world as it was designed to. But the true story of this attack and other conflictsin the world today are not what the popular media portrays. In essence, what ismanifesting on earth is the reflection of the battle being waged on the astral planebetween the Great Brotherhood of Light and the Dark Forces that inhabit the earth.The mighty spear has already been lanced through the heart of the great dragon ofevil, spelling the end to the hey day of the Dark Forces on earth. As the dragonsuccumbs, its tail flails in agony, and when the tail whiplashes, we feel yet anotherwave of turmoil sweep through the earth plane. On the earth plane, the Dark Forcesare desperately trying to make a final grab for all the power they will need to

suppress the mass of humanity and place themselves on top of the world… so theythink. But the forces of light armed with the incoming feminine energies havealready determined the outcome of this battle, the Armageddon, and the DarkForces are doomed.

Most esoteric literature has treated information on the Dark Forces quite gingerly,for it was always in the heart of the Brotherhood that these benighted ones, also

creations of God, would one day choose the path of light. Some have indeed beentransformed, but many more have not and continue to follow a dark path thatwrecks havoc on earth.

In this chapter we wish to share our observations of how the Dark Forces operatetoday, for the better informed humanity is, the better prepared it will be to mentallyresist the shadowy works of the Dark Forces. Mankind’s mental resistance hasincalculable power to speed up the inevitable demise of the Dark Forces.

We must first remind you that the esoteric facts put forth in these chapters shouldbe taken as food for thought. Some of you may be shocked or outraged at what wesay, but whatever human reaction our words may provoke, our intention is simplyto inform and to educate, with the hope that all things shall be understood in duetime. We are not here to coddle, neither are we here to flatter, nor to frighten. Nor

are we here to bring some kind of protective salve against some evil force, becausein reality we do not believe in evil to begin with. The closest thing we can call evilis ignorance. For it is only when the soulis profoundly ignorant that it tends to dothose things that people call evil.

Why the Dark Brethren Incarnate on Earth

We mentioned in the previous chapter that the Dark Forces consist of dropouts

from more advanced evolutions. You may ask why they are permitted to incarnateon earth to carry out their dastardly deeds. Earth is in the free will zone of theuniverse and any soul can decide to incarnate on earth. In our particular level ofevolution, we learn by trial and error. That is the way of things at Earth’s PlanetarySchool Board, so to speak. We all come into the flesh as individuals, learning asindividuals and en masse as part of our culture and society. We must choosebetween the high and low, the good and the bad, and the right and the wrong. Thisway only shall we truly discover truth. The polarity, so that all incarnates canchoose their way between good and evil.

When a choice is kept from you or something is not permitted, you gain nothing bynot partaking of it. Where alcohol is forbidden, for example, you would tend tofind more alcoholics. Where it is permitted, you would tend to find less abuse. Thisis just plain, human nature.

So in this planetary school, those incarnating as the dark brethren also possess freewill and are given the prerogative to try again and again to make their choicebetween right and wrong. One is never condemned to this status forever, for in thelight of God’s Love, the dark brethren always have the right to choose the Path ofRighteousness. It may take eons but eventually that soul will come into line withthe Path. Many of the bright spiritual lights of today have at one time been part ofthese Dark Forces and have since chosen the path of light. Some of today’smediums have also experienced a past lifetime or two as black magicians.

So despite their dastardly deeds which often make life on earth an ordeal, the DarkForces are still creations of God, albeit souls which have chosen the path ofignorance.

Atlantean Themes of The Dark Forces

The Dark Forces on earth today are the same dropout souls from evolutions thathijacked the Atlantean civilization centuries before. They have been waiting in thedark wings of the astral plane for earth to reach the same level of civilization asthat of Atlantis at the time it was destroyed. Although some of these dropouts mayhave chosen the path of the light in the meantime, many of them chose toreincarnate on earth to continue their activities in two major areas: 1) theaccumulation of money to control the mass of humanity and 2) warmongering as a

means of forcing an agenda of oppression on people while generating moremonetary gain. Both these Atlantean techniques are used to prevent or thwartmankind’s spiritual reevolution to its Creator.

Going back about 24,000 years ago, we find in Atlantis, a rather sophisticatedcommunity and culture at a similar juncture in evolution as earth today, that is,transiting from the Piscean to the Aquarian Age. At that point, Atlanteans hadattained an even higher level of knowledge in science and technology than earthtoday. On the spiritual level, however, a spiritual poll of the citizenry of Atlantis atthat time would reveal that today’s souls on earth are much farther along inspiritual attainment than those of Atlantis. This is because every great spiritualluminary in earth’s history has most likely reincarnated during these times to play arole in the coming events in order to prevent the repetition of the destruction thathappened to Atlantis during its latter days.

On the scientific technological level, Atlanteans had discovered the power ofsound that could be used in a similar manner to our laser beam technology today.They discovered that sound could be used for military purposes, by aiming soundwaves at any organ in the body, they could cause it to explode. Many scientistswanted to experiment and develop this technology so that it could be “tuned” tocause the greatest harm to their enemies.

A great controversy arose over this matter. Although Atlantean men and womenstood on equal footing, this controversy caused a great rift between the two sexes,women, functioning then as they do today as the conscience of humanity,disagreed with the men who pursued this line of research merely to see just how farthey could carry it. In the end, the men prevailed.

Meanwhile, the leaders of the Atlantean financial capitals discovered that by

accumulating huge sums of money and driving the majority of the common peopleinto poverty, they could better control them to do their bidding. Not longthereafter, the leaders of both the scientific and the financial communitiesdiscovered that by combining high tech military technology with huge fortunes ofmoney, they could dominate the whole of civilization. Ultimately, this marriagebetween money and warmongering brought down the Atlantean civilization.

Many of these soul shells have reembodied on earth over the past centuries,practicing what they do best as despotic monarchs and emperors, monopolizingpower and resources to wage war. One need only refer to world history books toread about the succession of empires and their wars. Presently, they have adaptedto modern democratic government systems and communications technology toagain accumulate huge wealth and power. Rather than being limited to certaingeographical areas, as in the past, their activities stretch worldwide without respectto nationality, country or race, in effect, fulfilling the prophecy of the hydra headedmonster in the Book of Revelations.

These benighted ones constitute today’s form of the Dark Forces. They haveembodied in human forms of all races and gender and, consistent with their past,

they constitute a genre of souls that knows how to amass huge fortunes of money,to wage wars for further gain, and to control the masses with the aim of stiflingtheir soul evolution. They have been able to deflect these blatant themes bygenerating every conceivable sophism among intellectuals and practitioners alike;economic determinism, conservatism, liberalism, communism, capitalism, and thelike; to justify or cloak their actions. However, stripped of whatever “ism” they

operate under, we see at the very root of all the conflict and strife on planet earththese dual themes of money accumulation and warmongering.

Waves of Incarnations from the Astral PlaneJust on the other side of death lies the astral plane. Here a vast array of discarnatebeings that have passed through the portal of death resides. These individuals stillpossess what are considered material bodies, only in a more ethereal form, a lighterform of matter vibrating at a slightly faster rate than our dense physical bodies.

As in the rest of the universe, the astral plane is divided hierarchically into variouslevels, and discarnates congregate according to their respective levels of spiritualdevelopment. They continue to live, work, and study toward their spiritualadvancement just as they did in the physical body, only there is no need for moneyas everything they want is merely thought into existence. Here they review overand over again the mistakes they made during their previous incarnation, and withthe help of higher beings, design a reincarnation that will balance out the wrongsand teach new lessons on the physical earth plane.

Passing through the portal of death does not make instant angels out of the dead. Adiscarnate arrives on the astral plane at exactly the same level of spiritual evolutionas it was in the incarnate. So on the astral plane, there are discarnate beings who

are both the good and the bad, but with one big difference; they are not mixedtogether as they are on earth. Those of similar spiritual dispositions are groupedtogether: the good and benevolent discarnates band together, while the discarnatesof the Dark Forces congregate in their own domain.

What defines the difference between these two groups is: 1) the good are stillconnected to their Higher Selves or souls and continue to work on their spiritualgrowth. Guides and teachers from the Great Brotherhood of Light continue to leadthis group upward in its spiritual evolution. 2) The benighted discarnates or thoseof other evolutions, which we cited above, have disconnected from their souls andthus do not follow the Path of evolution. They could thus be called insane,although they can decide at any time to reconnect with their souls and continuetheir spiritual evolution. Many do not and therefore never evolve further than theastral plane. They languish there together, often bored with each others’malevolent company and await another opportunity to incarnate on earth.

Bad company begets more bad company. Imagine an array of unrepentantdiscarnate beings, the likes of Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini, Hirohito, Franco, Salazar,Trujillo, and Kim Song Il in the company of a host of other minor dictators,thieves, and criminals, biding their time and chomping at the bit to reincarnate!

So just when the earth thinks it has rid itself of a crazed dictator, an oppressivemonarch or an executed serial killer, this same soul can reincarnate or possessanother human body and continue to cause harm and conflict on earth! They canchoose to reincarnate as infants, but these days, this process might be too slow, forwhy bother with all the growing up pains! It is easier to simply possess anindividual entirely and make him or her a slave. In these days of insanity, suchpossessions are ever more frequent.

Even if these benighted ones have been executed by the criminal justice system,

shot or killed in another circumstance, they can still project mischief and evil fromthe astral plane or come right back into incarnation. This is why the criminal

justice systems on both the national and international levels have been unable tostem the tide of crime and conflict. And it seems to get worse and worse with eachpassing generation.

Negative Telepathic Influence on Earth

We mentioned above that benighted souls, unable to find an adequate vehicle ofembodiment on earth, can project mischief from the astral to the earth plane! Acertain pent up frustration develops among these benighted souls, for they have noone to torment and victimize among their bad discarnate company. Tormentingthemselves would be too boring, for their insanity drives them to spread as muchharm and dissension as possible. They instead look for agents or receptiveindividuals on the earth plane to influence telepathically.

Who, then, becomes their prey on the earth plane? First and most obvious are thoseincarnate beings of the Dark Forces who have managed to incarnate in locationsthroughout the world. Second, uneducated psychics who are open to thediscarnate’s flattery and who communicate with any and every “spirit” voice.Third, the naturally intuitive and clairvoyant, who thrill at communicating withanother dimension, not realizing the potential danger of the contact. Fourth,persons of weak character who are prone to certain obsessions or habits such asdrugs and alcohol and lose control of their physical faculties. Fifth, the weak

minded or easily possessed whom these astral forces force to commit heinouscrimes in the name of God or on their behalf. And sixth, the criminally proneyoung souls who are easily manipulated to commit a lot of dirty work for the DarkForces to gain quick riches and power.

The Dark Forces on the earth plane are masters of black magic. Through telepathythey can broadcast or control individuals who are working for them or who are tooweak to resist them. These black magicians are programmed to speak the samevocabulary as the workers of good and many take positions in charitableorganizations both of a religious or governmental nature.

Just as some of us respond to guidance from spiritual guides or Masters in theGreat Brotherhood of Light, the embodied agents of the Dark Forces are alsoprogrammed to follow commands emanating from their “colleagues” on the astral

plane. Highly emotional in character, they respond to urgings from the astral planelike automatons and often without realizing it, they are manipulated according toplans the Dark Forces have laid out to oppose the Divine Plan.

Disseminating Confusion

We have seen that the Dark Forces can communicate telepathically with theemotional bodies of individuals and spur them on to carry out their evil orders

from the astral or lower mental planes. Yet the Masters of the Brotherhood alsocommunicate telepathically to humanity but from the higher mental and spiritualplanes. From either source, all messages must eventually filter down first throughthe human subconscious mind and then through the conscious mind and brain,before the individual takes cognizance of them. And this is where the problem lies:The untrained minds of the mass of humanity cannot distinguish the telepathicmessages coming from the Dark Forces from those sent by the Brotherhood.

The Dark Forces’ astral waves, often in coordination with the earth’s mass media,can easily sway people in one direction or the other. Concurrently, the Brotherhoodbeams its messages of love and wisdom through this smoke of negativity in aconstant battle to neutralize them. This often accounts for the “tug and pull” thatgoes on in humanity’s thinking.

It takes the trained esoteric mind to reject the misleading messages of the DarkForces and seize upon only those messages of wisdom that flow from the upper

spiritual planes from the Brotherhood and hold them untouched and unswayed bythe media’s bombardment.

Earth Plane Agents of the Dark ForcesConspiracy theories abound about a powerful group of financiers that exercise suchcontrol on world affairs from behind the scenes that even duly elected governmentsbecome mere puppets to their benighted will. For years, people only whisperedstories about the Seven Sisters, the Illuminati, the Trilateral Commission, theCouncil on Foreign Relations and the like, all of which purported to wield enoughpower so as to bring any government, democratic or autocratic, under its influence.It is said that the primary purpose of these secret societies is to bring about a OneWorld Government that would subject the whole earth to its dark rule.

All these stories, sounding more like grist for a science fiction novel, areunfortunately true to some extent. However, we should elucidate one fact for yourattention: if any of these suspected groups are known to the public by any namewhatsoever, you can be certain that they are but front organizations for moresinister and hidden forces who walk about in the halls of Geneva’s money countinghouses. They are creations to distract and mislead the public into thinking they canidentify the Dark Forces, while the real culprits are spinning their ignorance andbad works under different guises.

The earth plane incarnates of the Dark Forces appear as human beings who liveand work among us on earth. Those at the top of the Dark Forces hierarchy arefully conscious that they are part of a hierarchy that in many ways mirrors thehierarchical structure of the Brotherhood. They inhabit the luxurious palaces ofGeneva and other large urban centers in the world, wear the finest suits that moneycan buy, dine in the finest restaurants, and wear the finest perfumes. Highlyintelligent, attractive, and seductive, their influence passes into the highest ranks ofpower and influence in governments around the world.

Their influence is so pervasive that they can order a transfer of funds to cause thestock market to rally one day or to plunge the next. They can pass a brief note toorder a leader of a country to start a war with a neighbor. No power structure onearth is without their influence, and they are placed all over the world. And overthe years their puppets have accessed legitimate power by occupying the highest

offices in government and taking positions on the boards of directors of variousprivate or publicly held corporations.

They do not hesitate to mimic the work of Great Brotherhood of Light, speakingthe same words but using instead black magic phenomena to impress the pliableand dormant minds of the mass of humanity as to their validity and sincerity.Moreover, they have developed telepathic abilities to communicate with their sortall over the world and with their cohorts on the astral plane. Through telepathythey often impress the media to spread mass discontent and conflict. Mass hysteriais often the result.

They even pose as God, sending messages from the astral plane to variousreligious groups on the earth plane. Religious groups, in turn, receive contradictoryand conflicting answers to their prayers in the name of God, and thus religious

conflicts around the world are born.

The earthly agents of the Dark Forces are obsessed with the accumulation of vastsums of money in order to control all aspects of human society. They control thefinancial and banking systems, governmental taxation and regulatory agencies, themilitary, stock markets, capital markets, gambling casinos, and public corporationsfrom which they draw in vast sums of money from every country in the world.

They promote warmongering as a lucrative business. Wars also stirup fears anddependence among the combatant populations so that they are docile and easy tocontrol. The result is suppression of the rights of the individual.

These malevolent beings or throwbacks from the Atlantean period are organized ina hierarchy much like organized crime. However, their hierarchical structurestraddles both the astral and earth planes, which gives them a wider and moreflexible field of operation. It also reflects the stymied evolutionary state of theirbenighted members, for the light and inspiration that come from the higherspiritual planes are blocked.

The Dark Forces embody in all races and genders. To understand the depth andbreadth of their power, we must lift our thinking above the concept of nationalityor the nation state. We cannot think in terms of American versus Swiss versusEnglish versus Chinese or any such national identity, for the Dark Forces existwithout allegiance to any country. To them national boundaries are completelyarbitrary, for they view nations as pawns, useful for pitting one against the otherfor their gain. Even though America has become the most desirable country to

promote their insanity, we still cannot really say the Dark Forces are American,although America unfortunately seems at present to be its major tool, instigator,and even victim.

The Dark Forces regard the Cosmic Law of Free Will with disdain, and often useforce or telepathic manipulation to impose or possess weak recipients to carry outtheir agenda. This accounts for periodic waves of criminal activity we encounter onearth; a spat of school shootings, a rash of child abductions with no apparentconnection, random sniper killings, infanticide by unsuspecting mothers, irrationaldomestic jealousies, and murders, terrorist attacks; all carried out by weak orcriminally inclined individuals responding to evil broadcasts from the Dark Forceson the astral plane. Most of these perpetrators often cannot account for why theyhave committed heinous crimes because they were in reality possessed. Our legalsystems call it “temporary insanity.”

The Dark Forces employ powerful black magicians who are capable of astraltravel, that is, leaving the body and traveling to places outside their body. Theyhave also perfected the use of telekinetic mesmerism which enables them to astraltravel to machines of any sort; buses, planes, production lines, missiles, satellites,and the like; and cause them to malfunction. This accounts for rashes of planecrashes that seem periodically to happen in spats during a given period.

Some of these broadcast orders are often so powerful, that those who are mentallyweak, under stress, or suffering from mental imbalance pick up the signal. Thesepoor individuals, often innocent and without premeditated malice, walk into thesebroadcast waves and are led to commit crimes that their original natures wouldnever do. And when they awake, they often do not have any recollection of theirevil deeds.

The Dark Forces thus represent a negative force that uses mental telepathic meansto counter the positive and uplining mental impressions of the Great Brotherhoodof Light. They can appear as intellectually advanced persons all the way down tothe petty street criminal. Their ultimate bid to accumulate money and control

humanity is dead ended, a virtual cul de sac, but what can be expected from suchbenighted ones? Such simplistic and unenlightened goals have nevertheless beendevastating for earth at its present stage of evolution.

Creating Sheep out of Mankind

You might ask how it is that the Dark Forces have gained so much control on theearth? By design, we answer.

Many of the Dark Forces have chosen to embody en masse at this point in earth’sevolution for the following reason: this is also the period when good and innocentsouls on earth have reached a stage in their cosmic evolution where they mustdecide whether to govern themselves or let others govern them. The Dark Forceshave taken advantage of this quandary to herd those who still feel they need to begoverned like sheep and who readily give up their sovereignty and willingly allowthemselves to be controlled. In these latter, the Dark Forces have found readyvictims.

The Effect of Television

Television became the marvelous invention in the post war years. Its presence inthe lives of mankind has been phenomenal, so that there are one or multiple sets inalmost everyone’s home. Even in the remotest places on earth, one can see peoplegathered around the television set being entertained in a cafe, the central square orin a neighbor’s home. With satellite broadcasting blanketing the earth, no placeneed be without television.

From our perspective, we see invisible signals from broadcasting stations all overthe world reaching into each and every household every second of the day. Yet, farbeyond the innocent signals beaming reruns of “I Love Lucy,” are electronicallycalibrated signals designed to cause varying degrees of retardation, autism,stupidity, mesmerism, and a general sense of malaise in the billions that comprisethe world’s television audience. This is why you must often make a willful effort topull yourself away from the television set. People often jokingly refer to being“glued” to the television sets. A better way to put it would be “mesmerized” by

their television sets.

Turn off your television set. Hang a piece of string in front of the screen. Turn theset on again, and you will observe the string jump forward as the rays from the setenter the room. Again, these signals have been calibrated to numb and placate you,and the more hours you and your children spend watching television, the more you

are susceptible to its deleterious effects, among which are to render you lax, lazy,and unable to think clearly.

In addition to these electronic signals, television programming caters to theemotional rather than the rational thought processes of mankind, often at the levelof the lowest common denominator. Programs depict characters, often beautifuland attractive on the outside, but who are not in control of their emotions. Watchthese programs objectively. The popular ones are full of people screaming at eachother. Somebody is losing his or her temper. Somebody is cheating. Every role isin violation of cosmic law, over and over and over again. Unfonunately, these arethe programs people find the most interesting.

Where are the programs where a brave soul is pitted against seeminglyinsurmountable obstacles and spiritually overcomes them all? We see very few, if

any, victories of that type portrayed these days. Instead, you find people constantlyinvolved in the most intricate and convoluted relationships with one other,invariably in violation of cosmic law. It is as if someone were trying to say, “Thisis who you are, this is what you are. Accept it. This is your lot. You’re a bunch ofsquabbling animals and you’ll not be anything more than that,” for according tocosmic law, what you place your attention upon is what you become. What manmeditates upon he eventually becomes.

Television is also used to divert public opinion away from heinous mischief. A fewyears ago the world was kept riveted to television carrying the trial of an individualby the name of O.J. Simpson. For months they watched and heard the blow byblow accounts of Mr. Simpson and whether he did or did not kill his wife. Howinteresting? What else might have been occurring while people were beingdistracted? In the U.S., a missing Congressional aide who had an affair with a U.S.Congressman gripped the American public in the days leading up to the attack onthe World Trade Center in New York.

The majority of mankind, glued to their televisions, has in effect ceded the Godgiven right to think, create, and experiment to outside forces. The deleterious

effects of the well calibrated electronic signals reaching into the living quarters ofalmost every family on earth and the humanly demeaning programming have sucha numbing effect on humanity that the Dark Forces are able to sway the public inone direction or the other, march them into war, herd them to their own executions,and take their hard earned money right out from under their noses.

The Dark Forces Among Us

Listen to what your business and government leaders say and discern what is reallygoing on. The words of wisdom left us by the Master Jesus; “ By their fruits ye

shall know them” applies most poignantly here.

Some of you serving in the vanguard of the Brotherhood may find yourselves inthe unfortunate situation of being in the presence of such beings. You will note themarked absence of anything that could remotely be called human emotion,sentiment, and certainly love. Like robots, they have no souls, for they are simplyenergy units programmed to control this planet in human form. They are notwholly human as you would define human. One could say that they possess thesame mindset of a serial killer who thinks nothing of killing one, two, three, four,five, six up to fifty or more people and would continue doing the same, unlessstopped. As leaders of any power, they can summarily order the slaughter ofhundreds or thousands of individuals without flinching.

What kind of being can do this? Certainly not the type of human being you wouldassociate with willingly, for his conscious mind, the so called daily working stateof mind, is separated from the super conscious mind or Higher Self. So, bydefinition this being is insane.

Where do these beings operate? In the next two chapters, we shall cover in more

detail the two worlds of the Dark Forces occupy, money accumulation andwarmongering. So pervasive are these two activities today that their implementersexist in virtually all sectors, all levels of society, and in all countries.

Every day in the newspapers we read about violent individuals, perpetrators ofviolence, thieves, embezzlers, and the like. These are the noticeable ones whopepper our society with their mischief and at the same time divert our attentionfrom the huge crimes against humanity being perpetrated by those who remainunseen, hidden behind a thick veil of secrecy and who move about the financialcapitals of the world unrecognized and imperceptible to the common people. Theymeet in the great halls of Geneva to plot and plan wars for gain and conceive ofschemes for taking people’s money, as if it were a game.

They do not belong to any particular country, nationality, or race. In fact, theyview national borders as petty obstacles they can easily surmount through theadvent of electronic money transfers and a complex nexus of multi level contacts.

They populate an international network of banking and financial institutions, topranks of government, the military, the military industrial complex, and thediplomatic services. They move in circles that best promote their fluid and mobileexistence, passing across borders unannounced and transferring huge sums ofmoney to undisclosed places.

These hidden controllers of the financial system of this planet also have theircounterparts: the promoters of the virtue of poverty. Many groups preach therejection of money and the virtue of the poor. Some convince their followers, likeso many sheep, to give up all their worldly belongings in favor of a movement orreligion while their leaders build, in the name of the movement, a more thancomfortable life for themselves.

They occupy high offices in the traditional church hierarchies. Many sect leaders

are of such a breed. They parrot the religious and sanctimonious outer coverings todeceive the onlooker into thinking they are indeed souls of the good and angelictype. But you will also note that they are often illogical when speaking of goodbecause they cannot think very deeply of it.

In the war making business, the Dark Forces manage from afar industrialenterprises of weaponry and so called defense contractors, never exposingthemselves to scrutiny by directly managing such enterprises.

Curiously, their warmongering activities also have a counterpart, and that is thepeace movement. Today, this has manifested as the Pan Anti movements.Although many good and innocent souls belong to these movements, many of theactive leaders might be called agents of the Dark Forces, for they promote divisionand spew hatred against symbols or icons of warmongering who are notnecessarily the real perpetrators of war. This is often done to divert the public’sattention away from the real perpetrators and render these movements a farce. Forexample, peace movements often burn in effigy figures of leaders they think arepromoting war, whereas their targets are but puppets of the real planners andmakers of war.

The medical profession has also come under the influence of the Dark Forces.Rather than healers, we now have those who merely seek to make a lot of money.This accounts for the exorbitantly high price for medical services and insurance inthe United States and the lack of any national health service for American citizens.

There is also a whole population of pressure groups. Many mouth the virtues of theservices and movements, which they quietly sabotage. Sometimes the loudestadvocates of peace and anti globalization movements are essentially divisive, andpromote the “we they” syndrome and uncompromising solutions. Theenvironmental movement has become such a victim. The good that could come outof such a movement is tied up in regulatory red tape, so as to render it ineffective.

There are also those who mouth truths in the occult movements. They purport torepresent this and that Master, using innocent psychics to convey their twisted anddistorted versions of the truth. Their shallowness is often revealed as they chantmantras but show no deep understanding. They are disconnected from their souls,automatons programmed to act in the name of good.

Incarnates of the Dark Forces are often highly intelligent and physically attractive,

exuding a certain material magnetism or charisma that enables them to draw inpeople. They can create an aura of maya around themselves, much like a spider’sweb, so that once in their presence, you might find yourself a semi hypnotic statedoing things against your will.

They have accessed the top ranks of world organizations or sit on boards ofdirectors as the power behind the throne. As we stated above, they inhabit thefinancial and banking systems of the world, bourses and stock markets, taxcollection agencies of government, corporate enterprises (public ones of hugedimensions and by nature hard to scrutinize) and basically any organization thattakes in money through contributions such as political parties, charityorganizations, and religious organizations.

The clerics in the Muslim religious orders who advocate Holy Jihad wars are notconsciously aware of their connection with the Dark Forces yet, they have been putthere as receptors to these telepathic orders. Their position in the earthly religioushierarchy affords them much power and influence, and they are able to press thebuttons of hatred at will, justifying their actions by scripture. When the mesmericorders are sent forth or directed at them, they often react as if they have seen a

religious vision, one that justifies even further the righteousness of their heinousactions.

Leaders in the supposedly free Western Democracies, who gain their officialpositions through election or appointment, are also susceptible to the influences ofthe Dark Forces. It would be unfair to say that all those who have been elected areagents of the Dark Forces, although there are many in the rank and file who receive

advice from them in the back rooms of power. Rarely, do you find a member of theDark Forces as a very public political figure exposed to public scrutiny in anelection. What you are likely to see is the politician puppet who responds toanonymous influences from behind the scenes.

Elections are the playgrounds of the Dark Forces. An electoral candidate, whocovets the position to a great degree, is readily compromised, and often “sells hissoul to the devil.” The narrower the results of a primary election, the morevulnerable the candidate is to those influences that arrive at the last minute toguarantee him the election. All elections are closely watched in the halls of theDark Forces.

The Dark Forces have been here on the planet for generations, and they sense theforces of light are about to interrupt their lucrative activities. Although it does not

appear so, they are “on the run.” Like fleeing despera
