Title: Curriculum Maps for LOC/PE/DrillSOP Number
30.001
Superintendent Approval
M. Ryan, Ph.D.
POLICY:
All LOC courses, Physical Education, and Drill and Ceremonies will follow a pacing plan and curriculum guide outlined in the attached curriculum maps.
PROCEDURE:
A. The curriculum maps will outline what is taught each three weeks of instruction. They will also include major assessments administered during that three week period, along with key course materials and academic vocabulary to be addressed in that course during each three week period.
B. The maps are to be followed closely, as interim assessments are based on successfully “covering” the material on the map and students mastering that material in preparation for the interim assessments and the requisite promotion exams.
