San Diego V. Denver—Third Times a CharmOne more time for the right to advance in the NFL playoffs. This weekend marks the third time San Diego and Denver square off this season and you could definitely bet at SBOBET for this match. They split the prior two games, each winning on the road. A couple of interesting points from those games. The scores were 28-20, Denver, and 27-20, San Diego. What is interesting is that as Denver was carving up the league and Peyton Manning was setting passing records, San Diego held Denver’s prolific offense to under 28 points in both games. Also, San Diego went into Denver in December and while Denver was still playing to secure home field advantage throughout the playoffs, which they eventually did, the Chargers beat Denver.

The Chargers are on a major roll. They were 5-7, on the outside looking in, for the playoffs. They were a list of teams that had to lose, all the while they had to win. And they did. They have won five in a row, including last week at Cincinnati. They held a prolific offense to 10 points and forced four turnovers. They will have to do the same thing this weekend.

In the last game, which is the more important one, Denver was held to 18 yards rushing. San Diego can do that again. It could be unpredictable, but placing a bet at SBOBET could do. That will make Denver one dimensional, and let San Diego’s pass rush tee off on Manning. This is the crucial matchup. Can San Diego’s defensive line get pressure on Manning and can San Diego’s defense create turnovers.

San Diego was 9-7 and Denver was 13-3. However, take a closer look. Denver was third in passing offense, San Diego was 5th. San Diego was 13th in rushing offense, Denver 15th. Denver’s pass defense was 26th, San Diego’s 28th. Denver was 9th in rush defense, San Diego was 12th. However, Von Miller is not available for this game. These numbers are remarkably similar. Based on this season, I believe San Diego can hang with Denver. San Diego has gotten extremely hot at the right time of year. Denver may be a little rusty, having not much to play for in week 17 and having a week off. San Diego rushed for almost 200 yards last week in Cincinnati. If they can get close to that number and present a balanced offensive attack, there may be an upset. This game will be close, and I see San Diego pulling it out. What you take?
