Homecoming and Spirit Week were wonderful!Thanks to the many who made all our events

Students and Children $4, Adults $6. It is not for the faint at heart.

ALMA will be hosting Dia de Los Muertos on Tuesday 10/30 with the Art Department selling sugar skulls to decorate.

College Scholarships

• $500-$1,500 for current Juniors or Seniors from San Diego Better Business Bureau (BBB), deadline is October 26, 2012.

• $1,000 for current Seniors from Hispanic Scholarship Fund & Coca-Cola, deadline is October 31, 2012.

After taking 5th period attendance, scheduled classes are escorted to the Back Quad by their teacher. You will meet with our Environmental Specialist who will explain the task at hand.

Follow-up discussion in the classroom helps everyone brainstorm how to prevent so much lunch trash in the first place.

Got Detentions?

Detention is held in room 752, every day after school.  You do not need an appointment.

You can clear 2 detention hours on Wednesdays and 4 detention hours at Saturday School. 

Saturday School is every Saturday from 8-12, meet in front of the cafeteria no later than 8am. 

Stay off of the Loss of Privilege (LOP) list and clear your detentions!

College Wear Wednesdays!Wear college shirts, sweaters, or

your GEAR UP shirt on Wednesdays.Teachers and Students: come by

the GEAR UP Room 206 to show off your college gear and get a treat!

National Honor Society
