Materials and Chemical Process Assess-ment (MCPA)

AEA Technology has for many years had anextensive capability in both experimental andcomputational thermochemistry and kinetics.These skills have been applied to studying thedetailed chemistry of a diverse range of pro-cesses for many customers, leading to im-provements in process design and optimiza-tion, safety and environmental impact. Since1992, these areas of chemical kinetics and

MCPA brings together software, databases,consultancy, and experimental services andapplies them to industrial problems associatedwith the kinetics and energetics of chemicalprocesses and/or the determination of the con-centrations and identities of species generatedin processes.
