I tried to determine location of this site- The rp is 2o7.46.222.L4. Trace Routefollowed itto 2o7.46 (msn.net) and then timed out. pings are not returned. Iwould be careful with the site.

I am not a computer expert, but I have noticed that web sites I deal with allow meto trace the route (over the internet) to their IP address. Also few sites will notreply to pings.

It would appear he has violated his probation by coming to Mexico and it would alsoappear that he has continued his past fraudulent busineis practices in Cabo SanLucas and now here in san carlos and frauded at reast onu purron i know ofpersonally, perhaps more. If anyone has any friends in Pueto Vallarta please ask them to post this informationand to repost the picture on this forum. Unfortunetly the police in Vallartaapparently have been informed of this guy but are not taking action against him.

what exactly have I prevented? i can tell you specifically what I hope to prevent. Iam trying to prevent this guy from steeling money from people in puerto Vallarta.

The web site was created on the 10th of August and has not been edited since. The1Oth of August is the same day that the guy basically dissappeared from sanCarlos.

Thanks, but it was only an alarm clock and perhaps a couple of other smallthings but he did leave a beer in the refrig. He wanted to store a couple of our newmattresses in his storage unit? This raised a flag with me. I think the mattresseswould have gone elsewhere.

we were in the process of renting it to him and he was moving in when I was madeaware of his situation. Getting them out required much finesslrom a distance andkept my stomach in knots while we were on vacation at Lake Tahoe. He didgracefully leave.

So no real concern for security at the Delfin. We learned a valuable lesson and wasvery fortunate because we really liked the 2 of them and trusted them. Apparentlymany others have been hurt badly and I can totally understand how they became-prey to his alleged schemes.

It will not be a good ending for them. i can only hope that he takes some stock inhimself and comes forward to face the music.

I have met many wonderful people at the Delfin and in sc, but in the future I willbe more cautious.

i Try using a different web browser, I use fire fox and sometimes I can not seei pictures on the forum, when I use internet explorer I see all the pictures that arei posted. So when I want to see a picture i usually have to open explorer to viewi them. Hope that helps.

It doesn't come up/ though, on another computer I have that doesn't log me inautomatically. when not logged in, I get a message from this site saying "sorry,you do not have permission..."

A guess is that that's what's happening to susura's friends, assuming they're notregistered here. They see chad E. willis Blanca.jpg instead of the photo. click onit, and get "Sorry..."

Apparently we have helped chase him out of Vallarta. Thanks to everyone who hasposted on this fourm and other forums in Vallarta. It would appear he has moved. I know this by Speaking with people and through web forums. Have you postedanything on him on the belizean web forums? Have you contacted authorities inBelize? It is a small country and I would be emailing his photo to every emailaddress I could get in Belize. It would be seem perfectly sensible he would go toBelize, he needs to be in a place where English is spoken to do his deal so he aintgoing to a place where there are no english speakers. Also the places in Guatemalasuch as the rio dulce would be a place I would look for him as well. It is a verytouristy place with plenty of english speakers. i It is unfortunate but it would appear the people he has frauded here in this areai and down in Puerto Morelos close to Cancun are not interested in pressing chargesi thus he will remain free in Mexico to continue until he frauds the wrong person.

Here is the latest on him from a private message we recieved from the beggining ofthis month. U.S. officials will not try to extradite him, apparantly he is not worth themoney it would cost to send some federal marshals down there to pick him up.

He has left the Paradisus Hotel. He was fired from Sol Melia Vacation Club as well.when leaving he made sure to steal a few things and left a pendent bill of j,000 usfor the Manager. After this no one has seen him. Im guessing he is stitt in puertoMorelos, it is a good hideaway and there is a lot realstatew going on.He is driving a red Jeep and his wife Blanca is pregnant.

Actually I am kind of surprised in all this. These Expartirate groups are prettyaware of each other and really don't like someone/ newbee coming in and screwingthings up.

The Cadillac was in my name, I left it when I came home to have the baby but hehid from me where he was keeping it when I began asking for it back to turn it in.I was unaware that he had wrecked it and had to do some digging of my own tolocate it and have it picked up, Needless to say, I am left with the 924,000 bill.

Don't let Blanca fool you either, I know her all too well, and trust me, she is not asinnocent as she portrays herself to be. I know the owner of a timeshare blog that is read by everyone in the timeshareindustry worldwide and lots of real estate people, finance/mortgage companies,etc. too. They often post things about crooked people and companies and I'm surethey would be willilng to post information about this guy too. If he's in Mexico,Belize or anywhere in Latin America where there's timeshare someone reading theblog might recognize him and rat him out. I'll tell them about this and have thempublicize it. hey greg, However he managed it, he had chloe in mexico for awhile w/o jennaknowing where he was for awhile. She managed to get her back and I know shewas trying to get something out of him as far as child support but you can imaginehow that went. i pertinent and like the last post will probably be removed by Bart as it should be. Ihave done what I can to inform people via this forum but it seems unlikely at thispoint that he will be brought to justice for what he has done in the past.
