All said Companies were told by USACE (Galv. Div.) that the U.S. Congress does not want them to report as required on this permit , pursuant to the Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, Fish and Wild Life, Clean Air Act, etc., etc., This way, Congress can lie saying they have no personal knowledge that Fracking harms, air, soil, human lives and wild life, are being killed off, while they claim Plausible Deniability...Get it,?
